I finally got my truck back after ocer a month and the imvoice was double than quoted. They didnt even start on it until almost 3 weeks into going back and forth with the service managers. I called Chrysler car to try to get some resolution after talking to the dealership several times. No such luck! Had to fork out over 2 grand when parts only cost about $300. When i asked them to explain I got lied to about prices even when i told them i looked up everything on their website. I hope that the repair is fixed permanently because i never want to go back there again to purchase or get anything serviced.
