I had my car towed Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I called the service department to ensure they had a dropbox. I called the next day, Tuesday, to check on my car and no one answ for Tuesday morning. I called the service department to ensure they had a dropbox. I called the next day, Tuesday, to check on my car and no one answered nor did I receive a call back. I finally get a call back on Wednesday only to be told they had not received my car and they would have to check the lot!!! Clearly no one checks the dropbox on a daily basis, because that is exactly where I was told my keys were found. Here it is Thursday and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone about the status of my car!!! The only thing that I was told on Wednesday was that the diagnostic check will be ~$200+.... And here I am, still waiting!!!! This experience is ridiculous!!!! More

Charged $644. 00 for diagnostic services. I purchased my truck here, been getting my trucks serviced here for over 10 years and never had to pay to have my truck ch 00 for diagnostic services. I purchased my truck here, been getting my trucks serviced here for over 10 years and never had to pay to have my truck checked out? They had the truck for 8 days and reaching the service advisor or the service department was impossible. I called and emailed and no response. Finally had to drive there personally (45 miles) to find out what was wrong with my truck. They are most certainly inefficient I am not going back here again. There are other Dodge dealers in San Antonio and plenty of mechanics looking for work. More
VERY disappointed in service experience @ SA Dodge. May 2020, SA Dodge replaced engine at a cost of over $9,000. May 2022 took Jeep in (check engine light on & running rough). Diagnosed as cylinder #2 May 2020, SA Dodge replaced engine at a cost of over $9,000. May 2022 took Jeep in (check engine light on & running rough). Diagnosed as cylinder #2 misfire. SA Dodge diagnosed bad PCM is causing the misfire. PCM replaced, said problem fixed. Picked up Jeep, check engine light came in 1st mile & returned to dealer. PCM didn't fix problem. SA Dodge kept Jeep for few days & couldn't duplicate problem. Went to pick up Jeep & the check engine light was on when they brought it up to me. Left if for 3rd time. They then found a wire harness damaged with multiple exposed wires causing shorts. They repaired wiring harness which has fixed the problem. I believe wire harness damage was due to the way engine was installed in 2020. SA Dodge refused to put old PCM back in or give me credit for the PCM. In addition, we agreed on $1,000 repair on timing cover leakage & was charged $2,075. SA Dodge offered $250 credit towards total $4,300 bill as compensation. I feel this was totally unacceptable & refused the $250. I have been in contact with Anthony, my service advisor, who has passed on my complaints. I have not heard from anyone since they offered $250. More
Dealership was great. Sales man very pleasant, I am very unhappy with service of my Truck . I should not have to have paid 4800.00 to get a dead truck back from service. went in for an oil change and they cracked my oil pan. I had to wait 5 days for another to come in. They put me in a loaner. I waited almost three hours for them to tell me what they did. It took an inord I had to wait 5 days for another to come in. They put me in a loaner. I waited almost three hours for them to tell me what they did. It took an inordinate amount of time to get the loaner. It seemed like no one was communicating with each other. It came across as very unprofessional. They even brought me the loaner with no license plate. They then went back and put the plate in the front of the loaner. Had to take it back to put it in the back. The plate expired in 2 days and had to go back to the dealership. Got a text on the fifth day that vehicle was ready. Went to pick up and they brought me someone else’s vehicle and handed me the remote. They had put the wrong remote in with my paperwork. My truck was still in the bay and they were working on it. When I got it back it was filthy. But it was very dusty on the inside like they had windows open the whole time in the bay. On the way home I noticed that all the quarters that I had in my console were missing. They STOLE my quarters. I talked to a manager Stefan Ferrell. He was very lukewarm about the whole thing but did offer me 2 free oil changes after my ram care oil changes expire. When I asked how he was gonna remember this in 18 mos he said I’m gonna send you the email right now after we hang up. Hours later he had not sent anything. I called and texted for two days. I asked to speak to his boss. Finally a simple email with I’ll honor two free oil changes arrived two days later. Stefan boss never called. This was horrible customer service and I’m told I will get a survey from dodge. It’s not gonna be favorable. Steer clear of the service department. Unprofessional incompetent and management doesn’t care. Mike Farias More
Horrible service department. No one cares about your brand new vehicles issues. My jeep has been in service for 4 months and they wanted me to do a survey so I did. I got a text message saying that be brand new vehicles issues. My jeep has been in service for 4 months and they wanted me to do a survey so I did. I got a text message saying that because I dropped the dealerships score 260 points that the rental car I have needs to be turned in and I need to contact someone else to get a rental. Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here. More
Charrise Johns gets things done and knows how to take care of customers. She needs to be sitting in Robert Ryan’s office so the service department can shine like it should be shining. care of customers.
