I have reviewed this dealership before and gave it bad reviews. I am on here to give them my appreciation for fixing the issues at hand. I will give them credit where credit is due. I believe that the issue with the service department is on its way to being fixed. Lloyd, the new service manager, really seems on top of things. I appreciate him looking for why the gap in communication or service happened and attempting to fix it immediately. Keep him around SAT DCJR -- you need him!!! More
Buyer beware, this dealership is still being operated by the same individuals that were with Mission Chrysler....that's right, if you were one of many that was screwed over by the original snakes in the gra the same individuals that were with Mission Chrysler....that's right, if you were one of many that was screwed over by the original snakes in the grass, most are still there. The service department is still incredibly rude from the woman behind the desk to Dan and John in service. I was told my car would be done by 5pm, and when I arrived was told I wasn't expected until tomorrow. The service advisor never said that it would take more than 24 hrs, but said he would keep me posted which he did not. I was also told by the service advisor handling the repair that it was passed to him because the other advisor didn't want to handle it. Good luck if you want to take your chances, but this is still Mission Chrysler, and it needs to be shut down. Just because the owner has changed doesn't mean the dealership has changed. More
I made an appointment online to take my car in for an oil change and minor warranty work. It was dropped off at 9:30am and when I returned at 4pm it still hadn't been looked at! I didn't even want to take my car there for service to begin with, but I had a voucher for a free oil change that they gave me from the last time they screwed up! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at closing time, Geoff was very defensive and couldn't understand my frustration with the fact that nothing had been done with my vehicle. It sat there for 7 hours and the paperwork had never been turned in. Somehow, that was my fault?! I called on Monday to complain about the situation and was given no sympathy. I guess this is the norm for them so that's not an option when trying to retain customer satisfaction. I am completely happy with my vehicle, but these people are the biggest idiots I have ever encountered. My advice --- don't go here to get your car serviced!!! More

We wont return to this dealership. It hasnt changed any what so ever from Mission Dodge. Service Department personnel were rude and told us that WE need to contact Dodge about our extended warranty. I dont what so ever from Mission Dodge. Service Department personnel were rude and told us that WE need to contact Dodge about our extended warranty. I dont believe its our job. They are the ones with the Dodge computers. We showed them all of our purchase paperwork. That didnt seem to matter to them. It was still our responsibility to contact Dodge. They treated both myself and my wife like we were stupid and didnt know what we were talking about when we told them the troubles we were having. Even with a simple oil change, no attention to detail was taken. Under the hood was left an oily mess. More
