Horrible Lemon Car....Dont buy a Dart. I've had my dodge dart in and out of the shop almost every other month since I bought the car. I bought new in 2013. This dealership tried to offer me I've had my dodge dart in and out of the shop almost every other month since I bought the car. I bought new in 2013. This dealership tried to offer me 16,000 a couple weeks after I bought it for 20,000. Dodge company its self will NOT give me a replacement car. They treated me horribly and even screamed at me on the phone, hanging up on me. Even with the help of an attorney nothing could be accomplished. Only gave me an extended warranty which did nothing since it always needs repairs. After the 30,000 mark it will cost me 150 every time I use the warranty. (cant afford this) No rental car either. Car has shut down while driving on the highway, almost getting me hit by a big rig and several other cars -within the first month, and just this last week left me stranded in Houston after being in the shop for two weeks. I bring it in and am told either that they cannot reproduce the issue or have seen it but cannot repair it (and later retract this) I cannot begin to express how upset I am about my purchase of a lemon that I cannot get rid of. This car has forced my military husband to take countless hours off work to help me with this issue. The service department always blows me off. Car was in the shop for two weeks in the beginning of October (no rental) and was told they saw nothing and could repair nothing, now it needs to go back today (Nov 3rd) I 100% regret my purchase, and am in tears due to the fact that I am stuck with a brick of a car that cant go anywhere. I dont want this DANGEROUS vehicle. Im afraid Im going to be killed in this thing. I got screwed. More

The reason I rated San Antonio Dodge was because of the great customer service I received on Feb. 9th 2013. Although I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation only. They advised me after a free multi point inspection of some repairs I will be needing in the near future. But , no pressure at this time to get it done. As a follow-up to my previous review of the post-sale service, and out of complete fairness to the dealership, it turns out that the blame for my vehicle sitting on the lot, unattended almost all day lon service, and out of complete fairness to the dealership, it turns out that the blame for my vehicle sitting on the lot, unattended almost all day long, belongs to Auto X-Tras on San Pedro. I was told that they were the ones who scheduled the 9 am window-tinting appointment and did not even show up until 3 pm that afternoon. It would have been nice to know about all of that sooner, as I would have instructed them to schedule things differently that day. As soon as the window-tinter was one hour late, I would have moved on to the next item on the list. Or, as an alternative, allow the customer to take their own vehicle in for a prepaid tinting ... that would work so much better for all involved. I still enjoyed the sales experience (Josh is great), and have let the service department off the hook, and only hope that some more proactive customer service techniques are considered in the future. I took a 2012 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon in for an engine ticking noise on the drivers side of engine and low gas mileage (~8-12 mpg max). We have many cars worked on by this dealership and James is usually our point of contact. We always have prompt and friendly service. Was lied o about our diagnosis.Over charged.Manager was rude.Guess they just want a reason to not warranty my part.Since I tried telling them it was messed up and they were giving me run arounds. After their diagnosis that came to be I wad right. They Needed to check other stuff and ended up telling me my vehicle needed all this other stuff and the total was going to be over $2,100 I went ahead and said it had to wait. They gave me a list of all the things that needed to be fixed ory part wasn't going to be under warranty. I took it to another specialist after I left and they were surprised that after their diagnosis nothing was wrong with ANY of those parts. Dealership said parts were deteriorating when they opened it up it was super clean. And the pressure that supposedly was at 400 was right at 175. Which was perfect. Not to mention they still made me pay for diagnosis! ! I do not recommend service at this dealership. More
I took my Jeep in to get something fixed using my warranty. They found many other items needing to be fixed or replaced which the warranty did not cover. I opted not to do "extra" until they said they could not perform the warranty items without the extra's done as well or it would void my warranty. The warranty covered 7 days of a rental and it took them 14 days to finish- the other days of a rental I covered out of my pocket. Very slow response in letting me know how things were going or when it would be done. I found out later from a friend who works at another dealership service dept. that they can always do just what the warranty pays for without charging extra. These are what people call "Sharks"- STAY AWAY! More
First of all this is the second vehicle bought ( first was when it was mission ) the second one was with san antonio dodge chrysler jeep. I took my car in for a oil change while i was there i was told that for 19.95 more i would get a tire rotation( found out that this place charges for tire rotation) when other places it is included with oil changes.When i went to pick up my car i was told i had a oil leak and that i need to bring the car back to be checked.The following day I brought the car back and left it with them i was told they were going to have to drain the oil and put more in with a dye drive the car several miles so they could find out where the leak was.The following day i was called and was told the oil was comming from the back of the motor then i was called and told the oil leak was comming from higher up on the motor and they they were still looking for the leak and that if they couldnt get to the leak that worse case they would have to pull the entire motor to find the leak.The next day i called and left several message and no call back i final got a hold of the service rep and i was told that they couldnt find the leak and that all i could do was drive the car till the next due date for a oil change. well I decide to call another dodge dealer and talked to a service rep and told him about the problem i was haveing with this dealers service department and i was told just to get the car back and bring it to him and let them see what was wrong. i am complete disappointd with the sevice department and can not trust them one service tech tells me i have a leak and another tells me i dont which one am i surpose to belive.I went to pick up the car and it seems like they were not interested at all all they would say is srry they couldn't help. I would recommend the sales department but "WOULD NOT" "WOULD NOT recommend the service department More
Today was my first visit to this dealership after have been to one on the north side and and far southside of town. This was great as I was welcomed with a smile and taken to the individual for my appointment and Geoff took great care. He and the staff we most professional and friendly. No pressure to buy more but made the offer as to what was needed and the cost. It was up to me and no pressure. I will be back and recommend this dealership to all. GREAT FOLKS. More
