Used USAA's website link to find a used car for our daughter. We found a Kia Spectra listed at San Antonio Doge that we were interested in and sent an email to inquire about it. Adam Yarbrough called us immediately and informed us the car had sold but had several other recommendations based on the size and price of the car we had inquired about. He was extremely mindful of what our requirements were and did not try to push us towards something that we had no interest in either finacially or style wise. We ended up purchasing a Mazda 3 that was in immaculate condition in every aspect. From Adam to the finance department to the final sales department we were treated with great courtesy and friendliness. We definitely will call Adam again if the need arises to purchase another vehicle. More

Friday the 13th is a day that people consider to be a day of BAD LUCK, but not for me,I will say for me this was one of the best days that I have had thus far. I had spoken with Eddie Klarfield on that day and mentioned to him that I might stop by to "just look" at the cars he had to offer. Eddie gave me directions to the dealership and stayed on the phone with me to ensure that I made it there safely (Im terrible with directions). What impressed me the most was he greeted me outside, I didnt have to look for him. His appearance was professional;he was respectful and friendly he seemed genuinly interested in helping me find the perfect car for me and my family, he wasn't just trying to sell me any car. He presented me a wonderful offer on my trade-in and end gave me a rebate that really helped me and I couldnt turn it down, the interest rate was good too. Overall this was the easiest and most awesome car buying experience I have ever had. its been a week and Eddie has still kept in contact with me he made arrangements to get my windows tinted, detailed my car, he even drove me back to work while my car was being worked on, he also brought my car back to me so I wouldnt have to take time off of work.
