I believe that the issue with the service department is on its way to being fixed. Lloyd, the new service manager, really seems on top of things. I appreciate him looking for why the gap in communication or service happened and attempting to fix it immediately. Keep him around SAT DCJR -- you need him!!! More

Buyer beware, this dealership is still being operated by the same individuals that were with Mission Chrysler....that's right, if you were one of many that was screwed over by the original snakes in the gra the same individuals that were with Mission Chrysler....that's right, if you were one of many that was screwed over by the original snakes in the grass, most are still there. The service department is still incredibly rude from the woman behind the desk to Dan and John in service. I was told my car would be done by 5pm, and when I arrived was told I wasn't expected until tomorrow. The service advisor never said that it would take more than 24 hrs, but said he would keep me posted which he did not. I was also told by the service advisor handling the repair that it was passed to him because the other advisor didn't want to handle it. Good luck if you want to take your chances, but this is still Mission Chrysler, and it needs to be shut down. Just because the owner has changed doesn't mean the dealership has changed. More

Eddie Klarfield was the sales person that I worked with to get my 2011 Challenger with only 7,000 miles on it. I love the color of the car and how it handles.
