He was never pushy , or made fake comments about the process at any time. If there was anything that I asked he answered, and if he was not sure he did not guess he made sure he got it right . Understand that I am writing this review before some of the final items like step rails, spray-on bedliner and spare remote key have been owed to me. Went to Dodge with my husband to purchase a new vehicle. Had one in mind, the Dodge Dart. As we walked up Josh was outside and we told him what we were looking for. Keith worked quickly and efficiently while completing the paperwork but also took the time to ensure I understood what I was signing and walked me through different scenarios of what is and isn't covered in the warranties.
