We wont return to this dealership. It hasnt changed any what so ever from Mission Dodge. Service Department personnel were rude and told us that WE need to contact Dodge about our extended warranty. They are the ones with the Dodge computers. We showed them all of our purchase paperwork. That didnt seem to matter to them. It was still our responsibility to contact Dodge. They treated both myself and my wife like we were stupid and didnt know what we were talking about when we told them the troubles we were having. Even with a simple oil change, no attention to detail was taken. Under the hood was left an oily mess. More

There were some repair works that were offered to be done and were not. Also they said I was going to receive a $20 US gas change and I didn't, my plates and official ownership papers have not been delivered and were not. Very positive experience with Mr. Gonzo in the Sales Dept. He was very personable and delivered my wife and me a low pressure sale. Len was extremely personable and made my first car-buying experience great. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the field. He even followed me home so I could take both cars home the same experience great. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the field. Only problem I had was with the guy in finance who seemed angry and was slamming on his keyboard because I chose to not buy the GAP program. He kept badgering me for a reason and frankly, I don't need to justify my decisions to anyone, especially not when I am paying $33,000 for a new car. He was rude and short and dampened the day a little, but Len made up for it with his bubbly personality and constant smiles :) As a member of the US Army I will caution my fellow coworkers about the man in finance (don't remember his name, stocky hispanic male). The way he conducted business was unprofessional and unacceptable; however I will recommend Len - 5 stars for him! More
