We went in on a Sunday to check out a 2007 Dodge 1500 Ram truck. We were surprised to see that there were sales people there since the dealership was closed. I have bought many vehicles in my life . I can't remember when I have felt so comfortable talking with a sales person. Garry Parmelee was the most friendly helpful sales person I have ever in my life worked when I have felt so comfortable talking with a sales person. Garry Parmelee was the most friendly helpful sales person I have ever in my life worked with. His approach to the whole car buying experience was made very comfortable. He was never pushy , or made fake comments about the process at any time. If there was anything that I asked he answered, and if he was not sure he did not guess he made sure he got it right . Understand that I am writing this review before some of the final items like step rails, spray-on bedliner and spare remote key have been owed to me. Went to Dodge with my husband to purchase a new vehicle. Had one in mind, the Dodge Dart. As we walked up Josh was outside and we told him what we were looking for. After, I decided this was the car, he helped us get more for our trade in, and get a lowered price for a brand new 2013 Dart. Very professional, kid friendly, fun, talkative guy. Keith (finance) was especially helpful in financing to get the best deal. He looked into a couple different options for financing to help get me the best over deal and keep payments reasonable. Keith worked quickly and efficiently while completing the paperwork but also took the time to ensure I understood what I was signing and walked me through different scenarios of what is and isn't covered in the warranties. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Brad and Keith. More

Ron Sutton, Sales Manager, makes sure that his sales team has delivered total customer satisfaction before departing the dealership, because personally, he comes out to the customer and gets feed back from the customer.
