Liars, the lot of them. Took my car in after speaking to a receptionist to book a service appointment. She related that it could be 24-72 hours before the car gets looked Took my car in after speaking to a receptionist to book a service appointment. She related that it could be 24-72 hours before the car gets looked at. 5 days later, I called only to find out my service rep had resigned. No one bothered to call me. The service manager got on the phone and began telling me that my service rep had been sick and that his work had to be parsed out to others. "Sick", I said? "I thought he quit." The guy was so full of it. Not missing a beat he assured me that my car would be looked at the next day and that he'd call me. Turns out the car was never looked at and that he wasn't working the next day. Nice. More
