Too Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to take some Too Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to take some time to briefly let everyone know the service I received while purchasing a used 2010 F150 FX2 Too Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to take some time to briefly let everyone know the service I received while purchasing a used 2010 F150 FX2 Sport in Excellent conditions, at a low price with low mileage. The employees were all professional and it was the "BEST" customer service I have every received from a dealership. Mr. Quincy Freeman(sales person) ensured I was received and taken care of with the upmost respect. The Dealer is Supportive of men and women serving in the Armed Forces. The facility was very organized and kept clean. They made it their number #1 priority to find me the best APR% available, which they successfully accomplished. I will definitely recommend your business to others in the future. Thank you San Antonio Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram. Very Respectfully, Edwin More
I went to this lot to test drive one car and one car only, a brand new Dodge Challenger. I was met by Mike Raver and he was not over bearing but well mannered and professional. He did not force anything only, a brand new Dodge Challenger. I was met by Mike Raver and he was not over bearing but well mannered and professional. He did not force anything on me as I explained I want to look around at some other dealers. I came back a few days later ready to buy. Mike helped me out with everything and I told him what I wanted and he delivered. There were some computer problems during the week to see if I was approved for the loan and was told there where computer problems. I waited out all week for the problem to be fixed. Finally I was told I’m a go! I came in on that Saturday and drove home with a brand new Dodge Challenger. I wanted an RT but could not get approved for it so I stayed with the SXT Plus.(A damn fine car) It turned out to be a hell of a car, lots of power for a V6 (305hp). Leather and all, this car is awesome. I could not have asked for a better experience. I know I could have saved a couple of thousand by going to my bank but in all actuality my loan was a pretty good rate and if the treatment continues to be great, I will trade in next year for a higher end model and buy my company Jeeps here as well. If you want a good dealership to do business with, I suggest this one. More
Ed made my.buying experience by far the best yet. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and made me feel like part of the family and he went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied and happy. This place sucks! When I bought the car they didn't put an inspection sticker on the car or give me my registration papers when they put the license plates and registration sticker on. They ended up inspec an inspection sticker on the car or give me my registration papers when they put the license plates and registration sticker on. They ended up inspecting it 2 weeks later after Watson fought with me that it was the registration sticker that was missing. They finally ended up inspecting it for only 1 year despite the fact that the vehicle is a 2012 and it should have been for 2 years. They had to take it to an inspection place versus doing it onsite. In addition, I had to go to Tis' Dale and pay to get a copy of the registration paperwork that they lost. I am completely happy with my vehicle, but these people are the biggest idiots I have ever encountered. My advice --- don't go here to buy or get your car serviced!!! Now, Paul, the sales guy...I have to give him props -- only smart person in that place. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have bought elsewhere. More
I made an appointment online to take my car in for an oil change and minor warranty work. It was dropped off at 9:30am and when I returned at 4pm it still hadn't been looked at! I didn't even want to take my change and minor warranty work. It was dropped off at 9:30am and when I returned at 4pm it still hadn't been looked at! I didn't even want to take my car there for service to begin with, but I had a voucher for a free oil change that they gave me from the last time they screwed up! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at closing time, Geoff was very defensive and couldn't understand my frustration with the fact that nothing had been done with my vehicle. It sat there for 7 hours and the paperwork had never been turned in. Somehow, that was my fault?! I called on Monday to complain about the situation and was given no sympathy. I guess this is the norm for them so that's not an option when trying to retain customer satisfaction. This is the worst experience we have had at any dealership! We began our "journey" with them the first week of December 2011 and just finish it yesterday 2/16/2012 (finally) Went in for advertised dealership! We began our "journey" with them the first week of December 2011 and just finish it yesterday 2/16/2012 (finally) Went in for advertised 2011 truck with certain options and were assured it was on lot, it was not! 2 hrs later we were changed to another veh and sent home in a loaner veh (it was too late in the day that finance ppl were gone) Next day found out that new veh did not have needed options. Changed to a more expensive 2012 truck, we were sent home in 2012 veh assured financing was OK, 4 days later signed all papers, (or so we thought)days later more info was needed, it turns out we have NOT finished signing ALL paperwork, also they did not pay in time total amount of my trade in and we ended up with extra finance charges, they prommised us it will be paid as of today (we hope so) They never call in for the licences plates and of course the temporary plates expired, we needed to go back to the dealership and push them to get them (yes, it took them more than 60 days) They have wasted way to much of our time calling and going back and forth to the dealership in order for them to do THEIR job. Robert Longoria is a friendly and helpful salesman. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and assured me that if I needed any work on my 2011 Chrysler 300c that he would make sure it was done made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and assured me that if I needed any work on my 2011 Chrysler 300c that he would make sure it was done satisfactorily. Which it has been. I have already been to the dealer a few times for some minor work and I was very happy with the "service - department". More
We walked in asking the dealership if they would price match another dealerships offer in a newspaper ad because they had the vehicle that we wanted on their lot. My husband and I searched their lot to ma match another dealerships offer in a newspaper ad because they had the vehicle that we wanted on their lot. My husband and I searched their lot to make sure they had the same vehicle but the color we wanted. We told them we did not want to waste anyones time if they were not going to price match. We didnt want to spend hours there to later find out they were not going to match. The sales rep said he needed to ask a manager so he went to ask. He came back to us stating that the manager said no problem so we proceeded with our purchase. We went through the motions of test driving to make sure we liked the car and did the paperwork so they could check credit. After it took two hours to complete the process our sales rep comes to us with numbers that are not even close to what the newspaper ad states. When this happened we were upset and told the guy why are they bringing us numbers that dont match the deal? The finance manager comes to us and tells us basically that there is no way they can get to the price in the newspaper and stated that basically the price in the newspaper is a gimmick to get people at the dealership to buy a vehicle. I do know that the dealership have one car of that type on their lot and this dealership had the vehicle with the right specks that was stated in fine print, we just wanted the car at the low price the other dealership was offering. We told them we were trying to give them the business because we did not want to have to drive further to south San Antonio when they already said they would match the price to begin with. So the finance manger took us to his office and we told him we can walk out and not have to buy a car and go some where else. We told him we were upset because you dont tell a customer that you are going to match a price and keep them there for 2 hours and then tell them you cant do the deal. After another 1-2 hours of going back and forth the general manager finally approved the deal. You shouldnt have to negotiate a price on a car for 4 hours if they stated in the begining they would give it at that price. We have excellent credit so we new that we shouldnt have had any issues. After it was all said and done, later we noticed the car was not inspected so we called the dealership. They said we could either bring it all the way back to San Antonio to inspect it or we could get it inspected then get reinbursed. To save gas and time we decided to get it inspected here in Austin. They told us to fax the receipt and they would cut a check to us. It took nearly 2 months for us to get our money back and that took us having to drive to the dealership to get it. The sales reps and sales managers at this dealership dont care about the customers they sale cars too. Once the deal is done they dont care. The person I give credit to is their Finance Manager he was the only one who took the time to return our phone calls and give us our money back. More
I have worked with Chris in this department for a couple of years. I bought my van when the Dealership was under the name Mission Chrysler. He has always been so helpful and professional.
