When I bought my truck we didn't realize until we were leaving the dealership that the truck had no floor mats. We went inside and immediately told Ryan and he said "we will give you some if you buy were leaving the dealership that the truck had no floor mats. We went inside and immediately told Ryan and he said "we will give you some if you buy the extended warranty". Well I opted not to spend over 2K on an extended warranty. So then he said "We will get you some floor mats don't worry about it. Well here it is weeks later and I still never got any floor mats. Also on the extended warranty I heard two different prices. One was from one finance guy that night, and then the next day another finance guy called me trying to persuade me to buy the extended warranty again for over $300 more! The truck was also very dirty inside and out and had a horrible smell to it. They also only put $20 worth of diesel in it which barely gave me an 1/8th of a tank. When I spend $32,000 on a truck especially a used one I expect it to be clean, have floor mats in it, and come on at least give me a full tank of diesel. Also the next day the air conditioner blower stopped working and the front axle is leaking fluid on my driveway. I refuse to take my truck back to this dealer because I know if they wont even give me floor mats that they will just laugh and say "You should have bought the extended warranty". I will definately not be using this dealership again as they are very crooked and once they get you to sign the papers on a vehicle they don't care what happens to you or your vehicle. But before the deal is sealed they will promise you the world. I can say that the process was very fast and that I have never bought a vehicle this fast, but everything else sucked. More
Was lied o about our diagnosis.Over charged.Manager was rude.Guess they just want a reason to not warranty my part.Since I tried telling them it was messed up and they were giving me run arounds. After their diagnosis that came to be I wad right. They Needed to check other stuff and ended up telling me my vehicle needed all this other stuff and the total was going to be over $2,100 I went ahead and said it had to wait. They gave me a list of all the things that needed to be fixed ory part wasn't going to be under warranty. I took it to another specialist after I left and they were surprised that after their diagnosis nothing was wrong with ANY of those parts. Dealership said parts were deteriorating when they opened it up it was super clean. And the pressure that supposedly was at 400 was right at 175. Which was perfect. Not to mention they still made me pay for diagnosis! ! I do not recommend service at this dealership. More

I searched through Google for Jeep Dealers in San Antonio. What a pleasant surprise. San Antonio Chrysler, Dodge Jeep Dealer was on the top of Google search and they had the car that I needed. I showed my interest and they contacted me immediately. I talked with Adam and over the phone he could offer me the Jeep and price that was appealing to me. I made a trip to San Antonio and bought the car on the spot. Adam and the Finance Manager, Keith, went really beyond the call of duty to arrange the best deal possible. They were professional, courteous, and very patient. Adam was one of the most professional and straightforward car sales people that I have ever encountered. As a whole the environment of the Dealership was friendly and gave me a sense of relief. It was worth the trip from Houston to San Antonio and I will buy my next Jeep from them again. It has been a pleasant experience. More

I took my Jeep in to get something fixed using my warranty. They found many other items needing to be fixed or replaced which the warranty did not cover. I opted not to do "extra" until they said the warranty. They found many other items needing to be fixed or replaced which the warranty did not cover. I opted not to do "extra" until they said they could not perform the warranty items without the extra's done as well or it would void my warranty. The warranty covered 7 days of a rental and it took them 14 days to finish- the other days of a rental I covered out of my pocket. Very slow response in letting me know how things were going or when it would be done. I found out later from a friend who works at another dealership service dept. that they can always do just what the warranty pays for without charging extra. These are what people call "Sharks"- STAY AWAY! More
