San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I took a 2012 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon in for an engine ticking noise on the drivers side of engine and low gas mileage (~8-12 mpg max). I am convinced the service department is focused on the importance of customer service and they are willing to ensure the quality of their service is known to the customer. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales rep. (Chris) that was dedicated to me the whole time and fought for me to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I needed. Definitely an environment that takes your mind off of car buying and being just another sale and turns it into something unforgettable. Their team was friendly and fun and of course the cars are GREAT!!! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return in the future!! Coffee is pretty good too! :) More

Adam was great. He followed up with me consistently throughout the sales cycle and kept me up to date on pricing changes. I had to travel down from Austin and he was extremely accommodating with meetin throughout the sales cycle and kept me up to date on pricing changes. The pricing I received on the car I purchased and the price I was given on my trade in was very competitive as well. I had to stay at the dealership quite late (past midnight) when I purchased my vehicle, and I was extremely impressed with Adam's patience. I had missed dinner since I came to the dealership immediately after work, and when it was close to 10pm and restaurants would begin closing, Adam went and got me something to eat while I was talking to their Financing staff. He then helped me move things from my old car to my new one and helped me switch my insurance before I left the office. All of this was done with an exceptionally positive attitude. This was my first car purchasing experience by myself, and I do not believe it could have gone any better. Great work Adam! More

I drove up tot he dealership with one specific car in mind the Dodge Avenger. I was greeted by a young lady and by my salesman Jerry Garcia. I refer to him as Jerry the Miracle Man Garcia. I had never had such as an experience than a did at San Antonio Dodge. I had told Len Dowling it started with being greeted that was a very Big Deal to me. The second thing that was key was that I was not judged by the cover because you never know who is going to buy a car or not. I happened to buy one. I was treated with respect from begining to end. I had gone to another dealership before I went to San Antonio Dodge I was not even greeted no one came to me at all. I walked the whole lot without not one person even acknowleding me. My experience was Great I will Highly Recommend San Antonio Dodge to all my family & friends. I will also put it on my Facebook. The only negative was the annoying greeter,who said she had to go to the back to talk to someone. After she left us I just asked a young man if he was a salesman(Edward),he said yes and from there on every had to go to the back to talk to someone. We got the vehicle that was advertised in the paper,our visit was 2 1/2 hours with a 2 hour follow-up visit a second day to finish paperwork and have the vehicle detailed. They had offered to detail it day(night) of purchase but it was late and we wanted to get home. Edward and Brad are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions.I had a set amount for my payment and they were able to work with me and came out $7 over my set amount,which was great.
