Jaylen and Brian were personable, professional and worked to gain our businesses. These two men and their boss helped us reach a deal. Good rapport and trust resulted. All that came to a halt at finance time to gain our businesses. These two men and their boss helped us reach a deal. Good rapport and trust resulted. All that came to a halt at finance time - no rapport, no communication- no eye contact - just “sign here” very curt and mumble like uttered words. Dissatisfied and disappointed with finance service received and also with the Wi-Fi signal in his office. It became the opposite experience from the sales force experience. Needed a better demeanor back in the financial department on this day. More
