After reading reviews online, one name kept popping up, Gary Parmelee. I was amazed at all the positive reviews of both him and the dealership as most dealers where we are from have more negative than positive reviews. My wife and I went to the dealership and asked for him. It is rare to find a salesman with such friendly and honest qualities as Gary. He made us feel completely welcome and did his utmost to get us the best price for our trade. Even though I live 8 hours away, I would gladly drive to purchase another vehicle from him! More
Thanks I told my step dad that I wanted to buy a used car. So he started looking on my behalf, looking at prices, mileage, Etc.. After going to a few car dealerships looking at different cars and such, my step dad was already talking to Garry looking for the kind of car I wanted, for the same price I needed too. We went ahead and drove over to San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram met up with Garry. He kindly showed us to the car that I was looking for. He already had the keys to the car with him so we could take it for a test drive. After test driving it and comparing the other cars I test drove. I decided I liked this car the best. Then came the matter of trading a car in. We talked about my dad's truck and how much it was worth. I didn't have the truck with me at the time so he had to do a blind bid on it. The most he could offer to buy the truck from me was only $500, but I couldn't except that. So he asked if I could bring the truck in. We obliged. After returning with the truck he then offered buying the truck for $1,500. Much better then originally offered. After agreeing on every thing we started on the paper work. That's when I met Len. He saw what my interest rate was, and offered to look and see if he could swing for a better one. "If you could hit a home run for me, feel free!" "Sure thing, thanks for letting me try." After he came back. He told me that he struck out and failed to find me a better one .But I thanked him for his efforts non the less. Then after a little talking he offered me a great warranty on the car for a really great price. Then we had a friendly conversation well finishing up the paper work, and I felt welcomed. Over all, they've made it a great first time car buying. Again thank you. More
AWFUL sales tactics! Salesman was very friendly however the sales manager was just trying to rip us off! There was a radio commericial saying 25% over Kelly blue book value. Our truck is valued at 24k on KBB in FAIR condition (when it's actually very good-excellent with 1/3 of average miles). They tried offering us 18k on some fake KBB printout that was supposedly legit because it had "KBB.com" printed on top. When I showed him what the KBB website said, he said it was wrong and not the same KBB. Go somewhere else and do your research first! Also, work with Richy as your sales guy. He was extremely friendly and straightforward. It was just the management that sucked! More

Great Sales and Finance Teams On January 28, 2014 my wife and I took our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan which we had purchased from another dealership for repairs. After discussing the n On January 28, 2014 my wife and I took our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan which we had purchased from another dealership for repairs. After discussing the needed repairs with the service department we decided we would look at a new car. We spoke with Garry Parmelee and looked at various models before deciding on a 2014 Dodge Avenger. After working with Ron Sutton and Jeff Kapp on the price and financing we purchase the vehicle on January 31, 2014 after reviewing and signing the finance paperwork with Watson Macmanus. Every aspect of the process was friendly, easy and quick. When my disabled license plates came in as regular plates, I spoke with Jeff Kapp late in the afternoon and by lunch the next day he called me to come in and pick up my disabled tags. That is way more than a person would expect and is an example of how much this dealership values its customers. This brings me to the present when on June 5th or 6th I stopped in to look at a used car as a second vehicle after looking at several vans I looked at one that was just traded and had not gone through their rigorous inspection process. After a day or two Philip Duran who had been helping me in this process called me and advised me that the van required extensive brake repairs and would not be available for some time. He then told me that they had a few new Grand Caravans that would fit the same payment range and I went in to take a look. After looking at the numbers and looking over the vans it made better sense to buy new and once again Ron Sutton and Jeff Kapp put together a deal and financing that fit our budget. We signed the papers this morning with Watson Macmanus and I can tell you that working with him is quick and easy. He makes you feel valued and goes out of his way to help with any extended warranties or other additional finance options you may need. He takes the time to explain in detail every aspect of this final purchase. Again a great experience and a dealership I would not hesitate to refer family and friends too.
