Buying A Dodge Journey Was A Good and Positive Experience My wife and I were lookinf for a used mini-van or suv. We arrived at this dealer not knwing where the used cars were located. A man, Gary Parmelee, was walking from the service area and we asked him where we could look at used cars. He stopped wherever he was going and he led us to them. He was very friendly and took his time showing us around to the diffwerent vehicles. There was no pressure and he let us drive the suv explaining the details and advantages of the particular one. Mr. Parmelee worked an offer with sales mgr. Shawn ?? with which we were satisfied. We came two days later to complete the deal. At that time Mr. Parmelee was busy and Joshua ??? Then the finance man made buying the 2014 used Journey a good experience too. After that Mr. Parmelee came and thanked us; and we went home in our Journey. More
