Jovonne picked up the coordination from there. Connie spent almost an hour answereing at delivery going over our questions. Jovonne caped off by a supper followup to be sure the add ons were completed. I can not imagine how anyone could have given a better experience. Plus the RAM really looks sharp. More

Poor customer service Purchased a used 2013 Jeep Patriot back in November and the brakes started making loud screeching noises about 3 weeks later. Took the car back to get Purchased a used 2013 Jeep Patriot back in November and the brakes started making loud screeching noises about 3 weeks later. Took the car back to get looked at but the service department let me know that it was the hitch that was making the noise, but when the hitch was removed the brakes still made a loud noise. A couple weeks later there was a loud rattling noise that started occurring above the left rear tire. Took the car back last Tuesday, 1/6 to get looked at for both situations but have yet to hear back from them, and when the service department was contacted this past Saturday I was informed the car hadn't been looked at. In addition, the license plates for my car have not been delivered to the dealership after 2 months. I love the car, and the Jeep brand, but the customer service I have received at this dealership has been awful. While I don't regret the car I purchased, I do regret I purchased it from this dealership. More

Then when we arrived later that day for our appointment , the vehicle was gassed up and in the front lot waiting for us. He was also available to me after hours when I called and said we decided to buy the vehicle. He is a true professional who provides friendly service to his customers. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and would purchase another vehicle from him in the future. He put the joy back into car buying. Watson Macmanus assisted with the financing.
