Quick! Efficient! Honest service! Brought my car into this dealer for the first time. My service advisor, Dale Fischbach, made me feel my car was in good hands! Service Department This rating is for the service department... My jeep's a/c wasn't giving out cold air and we are in transition of moving from a different state so This rating is for the service department... My jeep's a/c wasn't giving out cold air and we are in transition of moving from a different state so we didn't have a place to actually work on the jeep (garage) like we normally do. So we took it to this dealership. When we took it in they told my husband that it would be about $350 and will be ready by Friday (in 3 days), my husband asked if we could have a rental but they said they didn't have any because of the recent hail storm that happened. So Friday comes and we haven't heard anything from them so we called on Saturday to check on the status and the person my husband spoke with said they couldn't see the status because it was under someone else's log in. (Why they don't have a general system for anyone to view that works there is beyond me, but it would have made everything a lot smoother). So my husband had to drive up there to find out the status and they told him it was going to be $3500. My car isn't even worth but $2000, so to put $3500 for the xxxx a/c was ridiculous. One, why the xxxx didn't anyone call us before they tore my car up that it was going to be $3500. If I would have known that I wouldn't have had them do anything to my car. So my husband asked them to stop and we weren't going to pay that and they said ok but it will cost $600 something for the maintenance to put everything back and we didn't want to pay that. I was pissed because no one had communicated with us the price for any other amount other than the initial amount which was $350. So if my husband never went up there to check on the status they would have done the repairs and we would have had to pay 3500 ******* dollars. Not to mention the $600 something in maintenance for them to tear up my car just for the xxxx a/c. So we decided to trade in our car. After we traded in our car we were hearing stories of other people that dealt with the service department and ending up having to trade in their car too. So it seems that is their MO to charge ridiculous amounts of money to push people to trade in their car. This was my husbands first time ever taking a car to be serviced at a dealership and he said it will be the last time. Never again. More

Our salesperson we dealt with was Mark Carney (the Australian guy)! He was great! We also dealt with the manager Ron and he was very helpful and worked with us with our purchase too. We traded in my 2005 Jeep for a 2014 Jeep. The finance guy we dealt with was also very informative with all the extra bells and whistles that we were going to purchase along with the car such as warranty and stuff. I think his name is Will. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, informative, and I definitely would recommend this place for sales purposes ONLY! (Not the service department). More
DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 to this dealership on a Monday because the check engine light was on, and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 to this dealership on a Monday because the check engine light was on, and I had 2 software updates to do and my driver’s door lock quit working. I was called later that day to notify me that they would have to change my catalytic converter. The Service Advisor Dale, told me that it would take 3-5 days for my converter to come in. Wednesday Dale called me to tell me that my converter was on its way and my truck should be ready by Friday. When Friday afternoon rolled around, I never got a call to update me. I tried calling and calling, no answer to his desk. Left voice mails, no call back. Tried the front service desk 3 times until I finally got someone. The lady put me hold while she was getting Dale for me. 11 minutes later she comes back on to tell me that Dale is on vacation for the day. I needed to make sure that I had my truck by the next Tuesday so I asked to speak to another Service Advisor. She then put me on hold for another 6 minutes to come back and tell me that the Service Advisor was busy and it would be a little bit before she could find out what was the status of my truck and asked if she could call me back. I said okay and not to my surprise, no call back Friday or Saturday. Made multiple calls Saturday to no avail. Monday rolls around and I started calling at 7:30am every 30 minutes and did not get in touch with Dale until 10:00am. He told me that my truck was on the rack and they were working on it. He said that it would be ready by the end of the day or no later than the next morning. Tuesday morning, I started calling again to find out when I could pick up my truck since I needed it by the end of the day and again, no answer and no call back from voicemails or messages. At 3:00pm I was to the point that since I could not reach anyone, I drove to the dealership. When I got their I spoke to the manager of the service department and told him how frustrated I was about not being able to reach anyone and no call backs. He actually told me that they have been having problems with their phones for a few months and the calls are getting transferred to Florida. (That is how you run a business, you blame your ignorance of not returning calls on a bad phone line for months). In comes Dale and I he proceeds to tell me that my truck is on the rack and they are working on it, same thing he said day before. I know a little about automobiles and a catalytic converter is not hard to change. He told me that they were having trouble fitting the new converter in. (BULL!!!!), Again not that hard to change, especially on a car lift. They called me at 5:30pm Tuesday to tell me I could pick up my truck. I signed my papers and left. When I got home and looked at my paperwork, it showed the start date and time and tech, and it showed the end date and time and tech. The Catalytic converter, and both software upgrades were started that Tuesday at 3:30pm, after I chewed them a new one. To top it off the mechanic wrote that they could not fix door lock due to customer needing vehicle back. Why didn't they do that and the updates the 5 days they were waiting on my converter. This dealership is filled with employees that do not answer their phones and lie as the day is long. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! More

Sold me a truck two days after I had surgery and still on pain meds. Not fully realizing the all the fine print I singed for the truck. I can't believe a dealership would stoop that low. Their communication is far less than desirable. Don't return calls,texts, or emails in a timely manor. I would not send my worst enemy to them even if the truck was free. My advice stay away don't go!!!! Update: I was told that I could bring the truck back and exchange for my original car that was on their storage lot. Only to get there the next morning to find out that it was sold at auction. REALLY.... What kind of business are you trying to run? This place really SUCKS!!! Maybe I should call the local defenders news so others don't get taken advantage of like we did. More
Lip Service! I needed warranty work done on my vehicle. Multiple visits...ordering of wrong parts...promises not kept. NEVER got an "update" phone call or were any of my multiple messages (at least 10,) returned. Incompetence is an understatement. Brought vehicle in one Saturday morning (2nd visit) with a promise and reassurance it would be out by close of business...Not only was my car kept through the weekend I learned on the following Monday that a wrong part was ordered (again!!!) and the service adviser did not call which he admitted to me when I got my car on Monday. Kevin Caldwell could use some training on integrity and his supervisor needs a lesson in accountability as he too was involved in a flippant, disinterested kind of way. I will NEVER set foot at this business again! I'm sure other places sell Hellcats! More
STEER CLEAR ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER and I'm from LOS ANGELES DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!. There probably is not enough room for me to describe everything that happened to me but all I know is I have never encount DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!. The only reason they are getting 1 star and to which is should be a half star is Albert Salinas who walked into the middle of my wrath, but after finding out 2 years later that the car you purchased is not the car registered in your name would be a slight problem. What is even better is that car that they gave me the VIN number for was reported stolen along with the plates that were on my vehicle. Not only did this company mess up on the VIN #s and the license plate numbers, they proceeded to tell me yesterday on the phone that if “the other owner wants to play the game of reporting the car stolen then I should play the game back” Neither the other owner and myself were aware of their mess-up but talk about the most insensitive comment ever made and still no apology has been made to me. xxxx they wouldn’t even fix the recall’s on my car because of the VIN mix up. This company put myself, my husband and most importantly in danger. With the potential of going to jail and then them going to CPS because the other gentleman rightfully reported his car stolen (Which the car he purchased, his Vin in my name, was actually stolen come to find out) and they can’t even say we are so sorry, they can’t even come and sit with me face to face and apologize for not only the insensitive comment but as a common professional curtesy. I have now been paying on a car for 2 years that wasn’t even in my possession, I have been insuring a vehicle that wasn’t even in my possession and registering it with the state, doing my part and they can’t even apologize to me. I sat in that dealership for 2 hours last night to which the paperwork was to be ready when I arrived and it was not. For 2 hours they had to correct it over and over again until they got it right, and still no visit from the GM JOHN GARAY no visit from the other ALBERT who owes me the most sincere apology to date. To be treated like nothing more than a “GAME” is insulting and I will go down fighting to keep people from going to this dealership until they make things right! More
Total Incompetance I took my truck in for recall work. What was supposed to take approximately 6 hours, wound up taking 3 days. When I went to pick up my truck, they couldn't find it. 30 minutes later, my truck appeared. There was NO communication between the service department and myself unless I called them. I was left stranded, and paid for an extra day of a rental car (that, had they communicated with me) that I really didn't need to pay, While I was there, I browsed the showroom. Not one salesperson approached me and asked if I needed any help. I was actually looking to purchase a new truck. Too bad guys, you lose. More
