After looking at reviews we were hesitant to buy a vehicle from SA Dodge, however we were curious to see what they would give us for vehicle so we stopped by on our way home from Austin. I'm so glad we met Freddie! Freddie was courteous, respectful, and mousy importantly he was considerate to our mood, time, and interest! We went to Ancira Jeep also and the sales guy there was nice, however extremely inconsiderate to the time we had available. We told him we didn't have a lot of and would come back while the work on a deal for us and the Ancira guybliterally held our truck keys so we wouldn't leave. It was a school night and our kids hadn't eaten. I love SA Dodge! Thank you Freddie! More

I'm sure that I speak for most when I say that buying a new vehicle, while exciting, can also be a stressful experience. However, that was definitely not the case today. To avoid boring anyone reading this review, I will try to summarize quickly. We (my wife and I) were very interested in purchasing a truck at this dealership and found one almost immediately. While the truck was amazing, there were several upgrades that we desired, found only on higher priced models. To our amazement, the staff at San Antonio Dodge went above and beyond to make our needs a reality. Not only did we get the upgrades that we wanted, we were not charged for them. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and have never experienced anything like this. Our sales person (Mark Carney), the sales director (Ron Sutton), and the finance manager (Kyle Festog) were incredibly helpful, patient and sincere. This team truley went out of their way to make our truck buying experience a positive one. As a small business owner and retired Army veteran, I couldn't have asked for a harder working team. He answered all of my questions, was responsive but not "pushy", and worked to get me a very fair deal for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I had to drive about 3 hours to get to the dealership, and I told him I did not want any surprises when I got there, The only surprise I got was how smooth and effortless it turned out to be, Mark was off on a Dr. appointment and was not available (I gave them only three hours notice I was driving down). Mark turned my visit over to the capable hands of Freddy Dixon, who also was also great to work with. He insisted that the car was CLEAN when we left with the new Jeep, and was also sure we had a full tank of gas. My experience with him was also fantastic. I am retired now but have 39 years in industrial sales and sales management experience. So, I know what it takes to be a good salesperson, and know how important customer service is!
