I was first greeted by Pete in service. Pete went over and beyond to make sure my service experience was a good one. I met with Barry and he introduced me to Valentin Panayotov. Val took me for a test drive in the new 300 and also showed me other cars. Val and Ron Sutton did all they could to get my interest rate and monthly payment as low as they could. I was very appreciative. Jerry the finance guy was very detailed in making sure I understood my warranty and service agreements. I am very pleased with my experience. Would buy a truck here ANYDAY! My husband and I had a TERRIBLE experienced at Boerne Dodge Dealership. Besides passing us to like four different salesmen they straight out lied to My husband and I had a TERRIBLE experienced at Boerne Dodge Dealership. Besides passing us to like four different salesmen they straight out lied to us. But to top it all off, once they realized we came prepared having done our research in the truck, MSRP, true price and loan approval from USAA, they tried to force us to finance with them because "they were losing too much money in our deal". This is after offering me only 29K for a 5 month old vehicle with an MSRP of 45K after all the trims. I initialed the paper the sale man was using to close the deal; this has always meant we had a deal. Once I refused to finance with them, because they offered me an APR of more than double of what USAA offered me, they backed out in the whole deal claiming the manager wasn't authorized to close the deal. FYI, my credit score was 720. After the incident the manager refused to allow the receptionist to give us the corporate number to file a complaint. I warn anybody reading this to stay away from Boerne Dodge. The reason I am sharing our ordeal at Boerne Dodge is because I had a complete different experienced at the San Antonio Dodge in IH 35 North. My sale man there was Freddie Dixon. He did not play any games and he understood that I was there to purchase a truck as quickly as possible. I had my baby with me so he expedited the process. He made us feel comfortable; they were able to match the price Boerne had advertised online and although I don't feel I got a good deal for my trade-in, we felt good with the overall transaction. Believe it or not, we were in and out in three hours. To add to the great service we received from Freddie here is what he did ... In the rush of getting my baby in the car seat in the new truck while a mini storm was brewing I forgot a polaroid picture of my newborn baby in the vehicle we traded-in. He called us back to let us know. We were exhausted and decided to tell him to toss it to avoid having to come back to the dealership. Within a couple of days we received a card in the mail from Freddie and inside was the picture of our baby. In the note he apologize for everything we went through at the first dealership and wished us luck with our new truck. Now, this is the make of a great customer service. Yesterday my husband found a bunch of superficial scratches all over the truck. We had not noticed because it was raining the day we bought the truck. Freddie had us drop off the truck today and they took care of the truck. He even drop off the truck at the house once it was done. What a great guy, and service. Without a doubt I would recommend Freddie and San Antonio Dodge dealership to any of my friends and co-workers. Sincerely, The Cardenas Family More
