Unethical Service Center, Sleezy Leadership This service center took my Jeep in for a warranty repair on the fuel system. After fixing the fuel system, I picked up the car and before leaving the parking lot immediately noticed the button on the gear shift was broken. When I questioned the service advisor he said he didn’t know anything about it. After several conversations with the service manager he claimed it wasn’t his fault the button broke, despite the part breaking while in the possession of service center the entire time. He tried to charge me $300 for the repair. This dealership is unethical, unprofessional and overall a terrible place to take your car. Avoid at all costs! More
Unprofessional, terrible service, employees like to get sale My experience with this dealership has been one of the worst business experiences in my life. I was lied to by the finance rep from the very beginning My experience with this dealership has been one of the worst business experiences in my life. I was lied to by the finance rep from the very beginning, they got my registration wrong. That took two weeks and multiple phone calls to correct. After waiting for so time to receive info from my lender about everything, I called them to find out the dealership had put the wrong address on my paperwork. I had to correct that. At the time I was talking to my lender I questioned about having to put a service contract on my truck to maintain a certain interest rate I was informed that was not true and that the lender did not require a service contract or even gap insurance to get a loan from them. Hence the bald faced like from the finance person. After having the lender investigating the situation, the dealership agreed to refund my money of almost $2600, I was notified a week or so later that the dealership was sending a check for $2100, "pro-rated" as they put it. 2600 over a year I cancelled it after six weeks do the math, thieves. They finally agreed to pay the full amount and it finally was applied on Jan 8, I started the whole process Nov 6. Furthermore I confirmed the amount posted to my account with my lender and found out then that on top of the wrong address on my loan they also got my birthday wrong which now I have to take care of myself once again. I also had written a review on the dealerships main page, I was given a response to call and ask for Mr. Hernandez the general manager,I did over a week ago still no response, I guess lead by example at this establishment. There is other things that went also wrong with this while situation but I don't have time to let everyone know. Warning people, if you want good service and don't want to spend months on the phone making phone call after phone call dealing with a different person all the time, go to another dealership. No more Business I bought a new car from SADCJ a year ago. Unfortunately, the salesman at the time failed to provide me with a spare key and owners maual. Not living in San Antonio anymore, I initially called the salesman to see how could I get a key mail to me, told me that was not possible since they need the car to be there physically. I assumed that they should've told me that I need to come in immediately because they will not be responsible when I need it a year later when I am able to drive to San Antonio for the holiday. I begged the GM to reason with me, his attitude was very disappointing... for him being a GM I expected more from him than his disrespectful way of reasoning. Being a first time car buyer, I was not informed and I mistrusted to purchase a new car from a reputable dealership. I should get what I originally was owed to. And a simple I'm sorry that we failed to give you what you paid for would've been nice. Please. Don't do what I did with them. If you can, go elsewhere More

I bought journey about. 3 months dont give me the plates yet I have 2 weeks call it. And left msg to now about my plates and never call me back and never send me the survey because when i bought they want to giv I have 2 weeks call it.
