That's from the moment I drove on to the lot to the time I drove off with my newly purchased vehicle. Freddie had it ready for me when I arrived, we took it for a quick demo, came back, he had my trade in valued, we worked out the details and quickly arrived at a very fair trade difference price, and then we finalized it all with Mo in Finance. By the time we finished with Mo, Freddie already had the vehicle detailed and the bed cover switched over from my old truck to the new one. Again, all within two hours. Great job to Freddie, Mo, and the entire SA D/C/J/R team! I would highly recommend them and I hope to do more business with them in the future. Thank you all very much! More

Freddie was my sales rep, I was pleased by his gentle and attentive demeanor. After reviewing my budget with him and the manager Ron, they worked out a deal to get me into the right vehicle to meet all my requirements. Just like that I switched from being a Ford to Ram owner. I was prepared with all of my financial paperwork and HORRIBLE MANAGER PROFESSIONAL SKILLS!!!! Today 05/05/18 I went to purchase a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was prepared with all of my financial paperwork and trade in vehicle. Sales person Mr. Will was extremely professional however his Manager Don who never gave me his last name is a racist. I am a Hispanic whom Don contradicted and ignored all of my knowledge in the online purchase of the Jeep Wrangler. Don said "It's irrelevant if you have you're own financing (my bank) and whatever is on our website trade in value is useless." "What matters is what We say the value of your car is." My vehicle is 2015 Nissan Armada SL with 3700 miles an in excellent condition and I am the original owner. They appraised my vehicle at $26,000 and said its in excellent condition in person, however on there website my vehicle was appraised $33,100 for excellent, $31,000 for average and $29000 for fair conditions. Don's exact words were "the appraised value on our website is fake and not true. It's what we say." I suppose the only people that they like to work with are people that are not prepared or not buying online pricing because when you go in person they said something else. Purchasing online is fake and unprofessional for SA Dodge Dealership to behave and denied your online purchase & car value documents. Just because I am Hispanic and thoroughly prepared to purchase a vehicle they are not worth your time and or money. Don't Stop! Go Somewhere else! More
