PCM Recall service Took the Dodge in for a recall involving the cruise control which required reprogramming the PCM . The car was fine when I took it in and was fine when I got it back. My complaint is that if a 1/2 hr job is going to take 3 hours or more, the customer should be told that up front. I was told it would be about an 1 1/2 hours. I checked with the service writer after 2 1/2 hours and they had done nothing with it yet. It was done about 1/2 hour after that. I wonder how long it would have been if I had not asked about it. Over all the work done seems to be okay, but its best to drop it off and go about your business. Hopefully they will call when its ready. More

Requested labor rates and service manager and receptionist failed to answer. In all took my newly Ram for service was told internal valve springs failed 1000 dollars in picked up truck to have check engine light, traction control and brake light on. This dealership needs huge improvements from service managers to service advisors even the lot needs organization. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO DONT BUY A HEMI OR EVER GO THRU THIS SERVICE COMPANY. Discourteous Customer Service I arrived to the service lane and Charisse walked up to my window for intake. I informed her that I had an appointment for a tire replacement. She the I arrived to the service lane and Charisse walked up to my window for intake. I informed her that I had an appointment for a tire replacement. She then asked, “Did you call?” “Do you know if they have the tire in stock?” “Do you have an extended warranty?” She asked me these questions in a condescending manner and I informed her that I did CALL to make an appointment and NO I do not KNOW if they have the tire in stock and YES I have a warranty. I don’t think that this service representative wanted to do any work because as soon as I walked into her office area with her, she said, “Oh, I forgot to get the tire size and numbers.” She then entered information into the database and asked if that was my last name displayed on the screeen. It clearly was not, she hadn’t even written down the VIN number correctly. So she was getting frustrated and FINALLY asked what my name was and proceeded to type it incorrectly. She finally slowed down to process and found my profile. She called to check that the tire was in stock and fortunately it was. She then proceeded to tell me the price and I informed her that it was incorrect, per my warranty. She did not bother to check my profile and told me, “That’s the price and you don’t have any tire coverage with your warranty.” At this point, I was finished with this person and asked for my car back. I am not going to be treated with disrespect by a sales rep and someone who is too lazy to provide the absolute best customer service to represent the entire service dept and dealership. I left with a bad taste in mouth and I will never return to do business with this location. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. Your staff needs to do better. That’s how to keep customers. More

Not even 30 days later, I hadn’t even made my first payment yet, the car broke down. I called the dealership and of course was sent to a voicemail over and over. I took it to another dealership and was told that my warranty didn’t start for 45 days, no where on any of my paperwork did it state that. So whatever upset or not I needed my car, so $400 later. Now I have a new noise that needs to be fixed, I DONT EVEN HAVE MY PLATES yet and this car has been nothing but probs. I’m heartbroken about it cause I really love it but this dealership doesn’t care about being honest and putting safe vehicles on the road. I’m very scared driving my family around in this vehicle. More
