Worst GM I have ever had to deal with. If I could give this a zero stars I would. Mauricio (Mo) Hernandez should be ashamed of the way he conducts business at his so called dealership. It definitely shows thru the performance of his employees. I have had the worst experience in dealing with a bad oil change they did to my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and had to take it back twice due to an oil leak caused by an o-ring improperly sealed. Costed me gas money to get there and back twice, time off work and a 20% loss in oil level. What did they do? Nothing, other than fixing their initial screw up. Never offered anything for the inconvenience, just walked me out the door with a simple "Sorry we screwed up. Have a nice day". I placed a Google review after receiving multiple notifications on my phone to rate my experience and finally decided to share the story of how they treat you and the type of service they provide. I received a reply on my original review from Mo asking me to call him because he wanted to discuss my experience and restore faith in me. I called and left THREE messages since his reply and he is ignoring me and not return any of my attempted calls. As I'm googling him on the web I am discovering that his reputation is quiet entertaining. I'm probably one of many that he choses to ignore. How exactly am I supposed to have my faith restored? If anything else, now I'm even more pissed off than I was when I shared my review. He is a sorry manager, does not care about his customers. I will not give them a second chance. If the GM is not even willing to make up for the many inconveniences I have experienced after a simple oil change, I can't trust his employees to care for my vehicle and provide trusting service. Beware of this establishment. They are scammers.. they are quick to sell you a vehicle but after you sign the papers you become just another annoying customer to them. Save your frustration and make a longer drive to go to a different location. More

Recall Service I took my Ram in for a recall which took 15 minutes to fix but I arrived at 9 am for a scheduled appointment and my truck sat for an 1 & 15 minutes be I took my Ram in for a recall which took 15 minutes to fix but I arrived at 9 am for a scheduled appointment and my truck sat for an 1 & 15 minutes before anyone touched it. I had to finally go physically look for my truck to find out it had been done for 20 minutes. Rachael insisted she called us but my wife and I never left the waiting area. It’s all for the money and nothing for the customer Went in for check engine light showing cylinder 6 misfire (p0306) as well as the climate control blower motor. Logic would dictate if cylinder 6 is misfiring, check that first. I also told them that there was a known existing issue with my engine’s cylinder head and that I’d seen where it had been covered under warranty for many people. Also stated blower motor was only working intermittently and making noise. A few days later I was then told initial diagnostic did not reveal issue with engine and that the blower motor was fine, even though I knew it wasn’t. Paid an additional diagnostic fee for them to “dig deeper” and was told they would check compression, etc etc. After the alleged deep diagnostic they came back and told me it was Because all of my plugs were bad and it would be another 900 bucks. Suspicious at this point I picked up my vehicle, paid for the diagnostic, and took it to another service center. Blower motor was in fact bad, and had to be replaced. Would have easily been covered under my extended warranty but since I did not take it to a Mopar shop, I came out of pocket. And rather than an entire tuneup (plugs, coils), I simply needed one spark plug that had fouled out. 15 dollar fix and half an hours labor. The second shop also told me that their deeper diagnostic was a farce and that the only thing that had been removed was the engine cover, unmoved dust being the key indicator not to mention clearly untouched factory torqued bolts. If they did anything at all it was nothing more than hook up a computer and tell me what the screen said. I contacted the service manager with this disturbing information, and he reluctantly asked me for receipts and pictures. Expecting them to make right on their negligence, I provided both along with a follow up email and never heard anything back even weeks later. San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram’s service department either has absolute buffoons in their garage, or is simply managed by a bunch of crooks. In short, $1300 non warrantied for a spark plug with my blower still left unrepaired, or $150 for both items fixed and my vehicle running like new. I’d hate to see how they treat little old ladies who don’t know any better. More
