I was very satisfied with my experience I am very happy with the customer service I received here. Freddie Dixon was my salesman and he did an excellent job explaining the vehicle options pl I am very happy with the customer service I received here. Worse final sale experience I strongly believe my finance person, name not known as she did not introduce herself nor made any eye contact throughout final sale transaction, deli I strongly believe my finance person, name not known as she did not introduce herself nor made any eye contact throughout final sale transaction, deliberatly over charged my credit.card by 5x the.amount she listed on bill of sale as.my down payement. I refused to sign transaction until she reversed the charge which she did while i stood next.to her by credit card machine to make sure she did it. I dont know.if she did this becase i was preapproved thru my credit union and not using the dealership's financing causing her not to earn a commission. This is the only reason i could think of why she did what she did. One other issue was the.fact.that the floor mats to my jeep were taken out.during make.ready and could not be found and were not replaced resulting in leaving dealership with no floor mats. Aside from the worse experience mentioned above, my experience with sales rep Desi Guerrero was a 5 star experience. More
