Had catalectic converter recall redo at no cost since it was within 2 years warranty. However about one week prior I paid over $500 to get a loose coil tight. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. Both Mohammed and Brian assisted me with the entire process. Asked me what I wanted and I picked and that was that. They went ahead and had another set made unfortunately one of our office control keys was on the keychain cost me $40 to have another key made. More
