From that moment on, I had no issue using up their time and keeping them away from making any other deals with others for the rest of the evening, just to walk out and not give them the satisfaction of me agreeing to a deal. Enough about that experience though, this should focus on the efforts of Ivan, Barry and Chris from financing. My second visit was much more satisfying. A 33K offer after putting on an additional 600 miles. Barry and Ivan helped get everything straightened out on the sales floor, and Chris put on the finishing touches. All were happy to help and even stay well after hrs to complete the deal and have everything signed. Ivan has continued to make himself available to me should any issues arise.
