I wanted to trade my cat in and was told I had too much negative equity on it, but was also told I could trade it in no matter the price of the payoff. Equity didn’t matter. Ezra was very tentative and willing to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted.
