Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Brought truck (bought here) in for a recall issue. They could not get the updates to run. I get that they have minimal experience with EVs, but they had it for a full WEEK, and got ZERO accomplished. Had to pick it up (need my truck for work) and take it back to them again to finally get the updates done ("waiting on a part"). When I picked it up, the cruise control didn't work (it did before they worked on it,) which I pointed out as soon as I picked up the truck from service department. Brought it back in to address that issue--they had it for four days and couldn't fix anything. Again, I know there's a learning curve on EVs, but this is the future, guys! The worst part is that Eloy NEVER called me with updates, despite saying he would. Days would go by, I'd have to call and sit on hold while someone else ferried messages between us. Always some promise that he'd call with an update (he didn't), that the part was coming in that evening (then definitely "by tomorrow morning"), that the mechanic was communicating with someone at Ford (via EMAIL, so no wonder it took so long). After four more days of this I just picked up the truck to take it somewhere else. More

The original service fee went up over 200 hundred dollars after dropping off my vehicle. I was called and was told because it had a specific engine it would be over two hundred dollars more. It was the same after dropping off my vehicle. I was called and was told because it had a specific engine it would be over two hundred dollars more. It was the same job, I had already supplied the parts and the engine size had nothing to do with the service, it was still using the same parts I had provided. I was a one hour job and I was charged over 400 hundred dollars not including the part I had already paid for. This was just pure labor. Only reason I was willing to pay was because I needed my vehicle for work. My vehicle was return with grease stains all over the front panels from the service they performed. I will not be doing business with this dealership. More
I have been buying my vehicles at Boggus since 1976 and like the sales and service personnel. I use the quick lane and have also had the body shop repair a vehicle. Jorge Hernandez (sales manager) has been true to his original word in working tirelessly with local Tulsa dealerships/repair shops to complete the payment for and installation of our new windshield. We will look to Boggus Ford first in all of our future car and truck purchases. Ethics, honesty, and integrity have defined our experience with them.
