Jen told her it would get taken care of. She told my sister that her master mechanic looked at it, but it would have to be taken to Kia. Then she told my sister that they tried to drive an overheating car to St. Louis needs to be towed. My sister called me in to help, and it turned out it never left the dealership and was just the belt tensioner. It was never driven to Kia. The master mechanic never looked at it it was all just blatant lies. They gave her a $300 discount to compensate for the LIES. Then they took their Ford in for a new engine. Got it back and it had an oil leak, took it back in and got that fixed, shortly after the crank case breather on the new engine needs replaced and they are saying it is not covered and it's going to be $1k. Further, when I had my shop, they would try to steal my customers if we had to use them to reflash a TCM. Honestly, I don't know how anyone can run a shop, let alone a dealership this way, and still be in business. Or how Jen still has a job. And no, this honest review will not be taken down. The public needs to know what is being pulled. More

My parents have dealt with this dealer for many years when the father ran it. My stepdad is having health issues involving mental capacities. They completely took advantage of him and when My mom called to ask if he had written a check, because she had no idea he was even there buying a truck, the receptionist lied and told her no he did not write a check. When my mom saw the check clear for $26k she called back and they told her she needed to talk to finance. The receptionist wouldn't have known. We'll the receptionist should have transferred the call.. she sure seemed to know the answer she was supposed to give! If you ask me, they knew exactly what they were doing and knew they needed to cash the check quickly before she could do anything. Just shady business practices going on here. I hope they are proud. Your father would have never done this. More
