When we decided to look at the EV vehicle he introduced us to Alex. Alex was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and answered all questions. Once Hugo realized the specific vehicle that met our needs he showed us options. He kept ensuring me and wife that we were going to make a deal. After everything was said and done, he and the rest of the team made it happen. Then steps in Moses from the finance side. He insured that I left there with the payment that I wanted, with some extras. That process was quick and still explained everything to me to the fullest. At the end Alex ensured that everything got moved over from the trade in to the new vehicle, even though there was not much time until the dealership closed, Alex still made sure that we were connected through the fordpass app. Thanks a bunch.
