On May 30, I brought my two-year-old Foucs for regular oil change and tie rotation, I waited there for more than 2 hours and finally the service was done. I was always patient when expert or genius workin oil change and tie rotation, I waited there for more than 2 hours and finally the service was done. I was always patient when expert or genius working on my car. :) When I got home in the garage, I found out there was too much noise from the engine. So I open the hood and find out the engine oil tank is open and the cap was not on it. I finally found the cap near the edge of the hood. There was some oil leaked from somewhere. I was fooled first time! On May 31, I sent email to their manager and told him the problem. He asked me to bring the car in for another oil change and detail check. His reponse was quick ( email is attached below) I thought the problem was solved and everything shoulb be OK since the manager was involved. The first time should be a mistake, people make mistake all the time. But I was totally wrong. A few days later, my wife complained the noise from the engine again. I opened the hood again and found the coolant tank was almost empty. I was fooled second time! This time I can't think it was a mistake. So I called their director, he asked me to bring the car in again. Thank him for his kindness. On June 5 (can't rember exact day), I brought my poor car in again and what I got was adding coolant. Everything fine in one week. But two weeks ago, I found there was large area stains on my garage floor, it was not oil and not water. It was coolant ! I was fooled third time! More
I go to Sam Pack's because David, in service, always takes care to communicate with me from the start to finish about what's wrong, approximate costs, other options, etc.with my 2 Fords. My most recent takes care to communicate with me from the start to finish about what's wrong, approximate costs, other options, etc.with my 2 Fords. My most recent visit cost me $3787 which was not good for me. David was able to minimize this major objection thru his excellent way of explaining what was wrong with the Explorer. I have been going to Sam Pack's service department for approximately 10 years and would give them the highest marks for quality of repair and customer service. Thanks to David and the service technicians. More
Hello, When i first got to the dealer ship i was Hello, When i first got to the dealer ship i was surprised how fast a representative walked out side to make sure they welcome you and ask you if Hello, When i first got to the dealer ship i was surprised how fast a representative walked out side to make sure they welcome you and ask you if you had someone attending or a meeting with a service advisor. I told the gentlemen that I wasn’t and that my window didn’t work on my car and that I need to be fixed right away because a storm was coming. Well he looked at the window and told me it was my window regulator right away. (What I liked is that before they got it in the shop he knew what was wrong with it). I asked how did he know and he gave me a full explanation on why it was the window regulator and I totally know how to understand next time if my car has the same problem. David Munzon is understandable and gives you full attention with the problem you’re having with your car. David Munzon Thank you and I will sure see you soon if my car has a problem…. More
