You can't beat outstanding service My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles from Sam's 5 Star Ford in the past 15 years. There's not a better place in the Metroplex to purchase from. S My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles from Sam's 5 Star Ford in the past 15 years. There's not a better place in the Metroplex to purchase from. Start to finish and even past that, 5 Star's employees have been outstanding!! Clay Young has been our service advisor for the past 10 years approx., and there is no one better! He gets our cars in and out and makes sure we are taken care of from the minute we drive up until we drive away with the situation taken care of. Thank you Sam's 5 Star for having employees like him to work with. Danny Forsee has been our car guy forever and a day too!! More

Bitter Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Professionalism is definitely not the employees top priority as many of the employees will be heard conversing with each other with rather vulgar vocabulary. Service department had left a bitter taste in my mouth every time I went in or even talked on the phone. They are always correct and you are an the sucker who doesn't know what you are talking about. Would not recommend the sales department. Would DEFINITELY not recommend service department. More

2013 Ford Escape Transmission issues before 60K miles We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stat We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stating that it would maybe take a day or two to even diagnose the issue and that the service could take up to 2 weeks. They also mentioned it would be around $100 for diagnosing the issue. We were not given the option for any type of courtesy vehicle as Clay mentioned that they have not done that in over 10 years now. They should provide some kind of rental reimbursement then I would think for a car that is roughly only 2 years old and having transmission issues. Will not return here for service again or for future purchases. More

I took my car here. . still not fixed. .told the truth in the survey,and now Clay tells me I xxxxed him out of 4000$ so even though it's not fixed I should of given high marks on the survey. And not only wi the survey,and now Clay tells me I xxxxed him out of 4000$ so even though it's not fixed I should of given high marks on the survey. And not only will he not fix it, he told me he is gonna have to ask me to go some where else. This company is more concerned about the xxxx survey then they are customers and their cars. Dismissing me was the wrong thing to do. I will never ever return and I highly recommend do not take your car here!! More

I am coming to Texas at the beginning of March and called to price things out. i got in touch with a Mr. Ron Shumway and he helped me out tremendously!
