Love 5 star ford of Carrollton, I've been going there for approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my tru approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my truck. With today's inflation one would think businesses would be competitive especially when you talking about the exact same service from another Ford dealership a few miles down the road from them. As much as I dislike going to other local dealerships when it comes to saving 40 dollars for the exact service you know where I'm going. The GM of 5star needs to be competitive instead of sending their customers down the road. Update: June 27: I received a call from Ken (Service Manager) and we discussed the above review. After the discussion and the explanation of the price difference, I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation. Ken truly supported what I stated regarding their customer service and loyalty to their customers. Thank you Ken and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford for always putting the customer first. More
My first experience with a Sam Pack dealership was the Carrollton dealership in 2006. I have been going to the Dallas location due to convenience and proximity. Their service there has gone downhill so bad that I cannot go there anymore. You are lucky if you get a response from them at all much less a prompt reply from managers on down. Mass confusion always. Very disappointing considering how it used to be. Possibly due to employee turnover. So, I searched the Carrollton location and found out that Clay Young was still there as was my salesman Rey Mendoza and Trey Russell. Also discovered some other employees in service department were still there. My first inquiry was to Clay, and lo and behold I received a very prompt, detailed response, fully answering my inquiry. I have not been back yet but that is my goal. More

Sam Pack Ford has serviced my Explorer since I bought it there in 2018. Clay always treats me politely and takes care of my car's service needs. The dealership is always neat and clean and comfortable for t there in 2018. Clay always treats me politely and takes care of my car's service needs. I took the car to the dealership for service, but Clay told me it could be serviced and delivered to my house before noon and it was. I went and had breakfast with my wife and shortly after we got home the car was delivered by this nice young man. Thanks! More

I want to commend Five Star Ford Carrolton on being very customer service oriented and focused. I have dealt with them on trading vehicles and on servicing my vehicles. I especially want to recognize Anth customer service oriented and focused. I have dealt with them on trading vehicles and on servicing my vehicles. I especially want to recognize Anthony Deltoro, service advisor, for outstanding and exceptional customer service. I have done business with many dealerships in the DFW metroplex and without a doubt, especially post covid, Anthony absolutely provided the best customer service I have had the pleasure of receiving. He was true to everything he told me, was amazingly responsive to my requests and he actually answers the phone when you call. If he is busy and not able to answer, he will call back. He takes the time to find a way to get something done in favor of the customer, if at all possible. I cannot tell you how rare this is nowadays but I'm super happy I found a man that still believes in doing his best and making the customer happy, all with a great attitude and demeanor. If he ever decides to move on to another dealership, I will follow him there with my service needs.......he's that good. More

Hello sir, I’m taking this to the top to let you know how I was treated by your service department. Yesterday (1/6/2023) I brought my 2019 F150 (which I purchased there), for an 5:00 online appointment oil c I was treated by your service department. Yesterday (1/6/2023) I brought my 2019 F150 (which I purchased there), for an 5:00 online appointment oil change. I pulled into the service area and no one came out, so I go inside and there was 5 people just sitting there doing nothing but I didn’t say anything. Eventually I was helped. At 5:30 my truck was finally moved. At 6:30 my service advisor came out and said we’re backed up, 1 1/2 hours later? Finally got my truck with the oil change and there was no charge. Fine, thank you but none of the other services were done, no tire pressure check, no top off of fluids and no reset of the oil status. There are back ups in this business and I understand it, but at least inform me early if there’s a problem and fulfill your service duties that are required with an oil change and don’t cut corners. More
