Mark introduced sales rep John Quincey to me, and together they not only helped me work through my issues with my current truck, but gave my a fair deal on a new F-150, and a fair offer on my current vehicle. I was an X-plan customer, so I knew exactly the car that I wanted and the price that it was going to be mine who had purchased 2 vehicles from them. They took care of my wife and kids before I arrived. They did not try to "up-sale" with a lot of dealer add-ons which I really appreciated. They did offer us two (and only two) aftermarket accessories (window tinting and stolen vehicle recovery system)which we purchased from them at very competitive prices. We walked in with very good financing terms from our credit union, which they were able to match and which in turn allowed us to get a $500 financing rebate. More

Unbelievaable experience with finance manager. He spent an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car ass an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car assuming that I had not already seen the document with the total price. When I told him he was incorrect on the price, he said, "Well, you didn't think we'd give you the warranty for free, did you?" After two and a half weeks, I still have not received any documentation concerning the sale, and though my trade-in was listed on the website immediately, and has been sold, my loan has still not been paid off and I have had to make one payment and will probably be charged for a second one in a week. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! More
