I bought an F150 from these guys, and the overall experience was excellent. They had what I was looking for, and my salesman Chip was great. I've purchased 4 vehicles from this franchise, mom bought 1 upon my recommendation. I've shopped around, but felt this dealership really is willing to more than great lenghts to get you what you want in a ve 1 upon my recommendation. My last vehicle F150 FX4 was not on their lot, but they were willing to look all over the state to find my exact vehicle. They did. I left he dealership at 5 o'clock and by 9 AM the next morning the Raj found my vehicle. It was a delight that it didn't take more than a day to find it, not put on a backburner like a lot of dealerships will do in their sales process. Service department is great. The ONLY reason I would not purchase from this dealer is if I moved out of state, but then I still might catch a flight to come and work with them, call them to do the deal, or if the franchise was sold to other management that doesn't have the same values of Sam Pack. The family is still very active in the daily business and will talk to you, not just after purchase but when you're sitting around waiting in the dealership. We're a Ford Family and you can't go wrong working with their internet department. I can't say great things about enough this dealership and the quality of each and every individual that works for them, from the sales, service, after sales accessories, finance, and even the back office. Finance is also easy and about the deal and your payments work for you. If you question where to go, it's worth the drive, it's worth the time and there is a reason their sales people have awards after awards on their desks. More

James was very easy to work with, and was very courteous and understanding. We started by looking at a new truck, which he let us have for the evening. We ended up looking at a used Flex, which he really worked with us on, and we never felt pressured in any way to make a decision. James seemed genuinely interested in our making the right decision for us. The service staff has also done everything that they said they would do to make the vehicle right for us - some things were small, and others were a bit more work, but they performed every service as promised and with a great attitude! James has followed up on numerous occasions to ensure that the vehicle was everything that he said it wold be. We will definitely return to Sam Pack, and to James as a sales rep, for our future purchases. More

Chip Irving called me back within an hour and said he drove the vehicle and took it to the detail shop to see if two minor scratches could be buffed out. Based on what Chip said we made a resonable offer and it was accepted without having to go back and forth between the manager and the salesperson! We live 4 hours from the dealership, so I asked if they could pick me up at the airport...again, no problem!!! The driver was waiting when I arrived and we were at the dealership within 20 minutes. Paperwork took about 40 minutes and I was on the road with our new car...This is how buying a car should be! Great job Chip! More

I was in the market for a new vehicle for my step-son and based on this dealership's online inventory they had two vehicles that met our needs. I called the Internet sales group at SP Five Star Ford and Mar based on this dealership's online inventory they had two vehicles that met our needs. I called the Internet sales group at SP Five Star Ford and Mark Sidweber answered the telephone. He was extremely pleasant to talk to over the phone and provided me with a very competitive price. After telling him I would think it over and get back to him we hung up. About ten minutes later Mark called and said he found me another $500 in rebates on top of the $2500 we were already eligible for. We made arrangements to visit the dealership on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. When my wife, step-son and I arrived at the dealership about 6:30 that night Mark had the two vehicles we were interested in up front and ready to be test driven. Mark came out and introduced himself and another sales associate named Tony Lewis. Mark then turned it over to Tony. Tony worked with us to get a fair trade for our used vehicle and was very pleasant to work with - no pressure. We finally wrapped up the sale at around 9:30 that night - the night before Thanksgiving - and Tony was with us the entire time. Tony took the time to show my step son the features of the car and I actually felt bad that we were keeping him from his family, but not once did he complain or rush through anything. Financing was also a breeze. I purchased my very first car in 1982 from this dealership when it was called Lee Jarmon Ford. I liked it back then because of the people who worked there and 29 years later they still employ the same caliber of people. If I'm ever in the market for another Ford product I'll definitely come back. More
