I went to Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford because I saw a vehicle that I liked online. Reuben Krause called me and set up an appointment for me to come see him. In the mean time he sent me a video and some pictures of the Explorer I was interested in. While on our way Reuben kindly called to make sure our 2 hour trip was going well. When we arrived Reuben introduced himself and was very courteous. He showed me all the features on the Explorer and made sure that was the best choice for me out of everything they had on the lot. We didn't make a decision immediately because of price. After a while and negotiation we came to an agreement on a price. They got the Explorer cleaned up in a very timely manner and made sure we knew how all the Sync features operated. I feel like we got the best deal possible on the vehicle and we do not regret this purchase in the least little bit. We worked with a young man named Eric, one of the most friendly and customer-oriented individuals we have ever met. He showed us the car we came to look at, but we changed cars shortly after arriving and he literally ran inside to change keys for us. Throughout the entire financing process, Eric was checking on us to make sure we were being helped properly. Eric was extremely impressive. This is why we have rated 5's across the board for this dealership; not to mention that they have an impressive selection of vehicles.
