She was patient with all my questions (hundreds of them!),answered them honestly, and devoted her time and attention to walking us through our options and guiding us to make the best decision possible on our pre-owned certified 2014 Ford Taurus! Art Ontiveros was thorough in explaining our financing and helped us add an additional service maintenance plan, which gives me peace of mind considering I had previously driven cars that were 15-20 years old and required a lot of money to maintain. --- Would I recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford....ABSOLUTELY. Reuben was very professional, paid attention to the details in what i was looking for, and did not try to pressure me into making a split second purchase. What impressed me the most, however, is when the manager and I could not come to an agreement and I broke it to him that, "there was no deal", he was understanding and DID NOT try to shove a different car at me to make a sale. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this place. Also, during the finance part of things, Art Ontiveros was a great help. He was upfront about all the costs and explained everything in a way that could be easily understood. I was highly impressed by his level of professionalism and hope to someday work with these guys again. More
