I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrol When I found out I was the one who won a Ford Fusion Hybrid at the Dec 21 Cowboys I couldn't believe it. I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrollton to pick up the car and everyone there was really nice. David Keen showed me how to use of the features in the car including the lights, different menu screens and any other questions I had. Started to check different dealer reviews online, which surprise me that Five star Ford has such high recommendation. I though I should have a try. It took me 50 min to get here by train. Carl was the guy in the front to walk me into the store, that was 3:10 pm, he was absolute helpful and in great patience and efficiency. After test drive two different fusion model, I have made my decision.When I walked out of door with my car, that was 5:10pm. That's the experience I expected, thank you carl. Also the finance guy Brandon, he made the paper work quick and easy, also gave me a very good deal on warranty extension. Great thanks to you guys. More

Super Experience I just bought a used F-150 at 5 Star. We had me Jennings last spring when I came in for a Ford test drive. When I had questions about what the dealership would do to get the truck ready for selling he brought in R. J. Rebolloso to answer them. At the end I asked if there was any discount for loyal Car Pro Show listeners. Jennings checked and yes there was. Our whole experience at 5 Star was great and we hope to be back within the next year to get a new Expedition. More
