Repairs taking too long and can't get a straight answer According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. According to the insurance estimate, it should have taken two weeks to repair the damage to my car from a minor accident. It has now been SIX weeks. Every time I ask why it is taking so long and when will the car be ready, I am told that they are waiting on parts. According to the phone conversation with the collision center this morning, the car has been sitting in the service department for two weeks waiting on parts for them to do the alignment and they still don't know when the car is going to be ready. Nobody there seems to be at all concerned about getting my car fixed and getting it back to me. I am not making payments on a car just so it can sit in the repair shop. UPDATE: I received a response to contact the General Manager. I spoke to him and he said he would look into this and get back with me, which he never did. I spoke to the Service Director yesterday and was told the car was finished and that they would go over it first thing this morning and get it cleaned up and ready for us to pick up. I was also told that someone would call me in the morning to let me know what time it would be ready. Just got a a call at 3:00 in the afternoon that they just found more work that needs to be done on it and it will be another day before the care is ready. More
Reuben Krause is THE man!! I was given Reuben's name from my brother-in-law who insisted I HAD to talk to him about the new Ford Explorer I was interested in. I contacted Reube I was given Reuben's name from my brother-in-law who insisted I HAD to talk to him about the new Ford Explorer I was interested in. I contacted Reuben and set up an appointment to look at the 2016 Explorer Limited line. Just from the questions he asked me on the phone, he found the vehicle he thought would be a match for me. He had my vehicle inspected while we test drove the Explorer, so when we got back to the dealership we were able to look over trade in value/vehicle cost and agree on a number. I never dreamed I would have all of the extras he was able to get for me,! He even had their Sync Specialist sit in the car with me, sync my cell phone, explain all of the Sync features and offered for me to call, email or come by with any further questions. Seriously, the BEST salesman I've ever worked with and by far the best dealership experience I've had!!! More

Start to finish and even past that, 5 Star's employees have been outstanding!! Clay Young has been our service advisor for the past 10 years approx., and there is no one better! He gets our cars in and out and makes sure we are taken care of from the minute we drive up until we drive away with the situation taken care of.
