Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

Alan Reynolds, my sales associate, very graciously interacted with my questions and requests by text and email and was very prepared for the times I stopped in. He went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy requests. Then when the time came to pick up the new vehicle, he had everything staged perfectly. Took less than 30 minutes total and I was on time for my dinner party in my new truck. Perfect experience, could not have been better. If I had a job for him, I would try to hire him away. I was not intending to buy that day, but simply to investigate the Edge and left with a brand new beautiful cherry red Titanium with 12 miles on it. Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either.
