The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

The Extra Mile I have used Garrett for several years for my service. When I had new tires and rim put on my Ford Edge, I had a rather unusual request. I wanted to se I have used Garrett for several years for my service. When I had new tires and rim put on my Ford Edge, I had a rather unusual request. I wanted to see if the mechanic could trace the rim on the cardboard the rim came in so I could cut out and use to cover my rims when I polish tires to keep the spray from getting on rims. He did, and the repair guy even put a metal handle on it! Outstanding going the extra mile to satisfy a customer. More

This is the ONLY Ford dealership to buy from!!! This has been the best car leasing experience I've ever had. it was easy, seamless, and professional. Makenna Purcell, my salesperson, spent the time needed with me to answer all of my questions and make sure I knew which model to go with, since I was looking at two. She was patient with all of my odd required items, which are probably very different from most people. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got to experience the Ford Escape in every way so that I was 100% in my decision. When it came time to talk money, I had the very best experience with the new car sales manager, Mike Munden. He was very professional, very easy to work with, and we were able to come to an agreeable number fairly quickly. Then I was off to finance, and Justin McCarroll was thorough, explained everything, and made the finance portion very easy, which was nice. I won't go anywhere else to buy a Ford, and will refer everyone I know to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. If you are looking for a Ford, this is the ONLY dealership to go to! More
