Upon entering the lot Melanie recognized us and even though she was busy with a customer Carl immediately was out to welcome us. We had leased a Ford Edge in 2013 from Melanie and had also talked with Carl on several occasions. There was no pressure to buy and since the Fusion lease was coming up soon we were appraised of what our options were. The lease of our 2016 Ford Escape went smoothly and Melanie, Carl, Kirk, and Justin were all a pleasure to work with. We will definitely work with Melanie and Carl when the lease is up on the Ford Edge!! More

There was an issue with the car that we did not notice right away and there was some confusion between myself and the service representative about how it was going to be handled, but it was resolved in a timely manner. I wanted a very specific truck that was very hard to get a hold of at the end of the year and he spent weeks looking and trading vehicles to obtain my truck. He checked in with me a couple times a week to let me know about new developments in our search. He worked very hard to meet my very specific demands and was always pleasant and happily willing to answer any and all questions I had. When he got the truck on the lot he did not pressure me at all to buy it that day. In the actual buying experience we had negotiated a price for the truck and he stuck to that number. He is a good honest salesman who you can trust. I also worked with Dennis White. My family has bought used cars from Dennis at 5 star before and he is an honest, straight shooter. He worked with us through out the process of buying the F150. When he gave his word that he would give us a certain amount for a trade in he stuck to that quote and gave us that number.Finally in finance I worked with David Barragan. A really great guy who answered all of my questions and broke everything down easily so I could read and understand everything that was on my contract. When he talked with me about extended warranties, he did not pressure me in to buying something I didn't need like he had to make a quota. He was just honest and made recommendations based off of his own advise. I am very pleased with the way I was treated. I will definitely go back to 5 Star Carrollton and work with Jason and the staff again for any other car buying needs. More

Unicorn 2015 F-150 Lariat Sport FX4. The truck I wanted proved to be difficult to find and it was labeled the "Unicorn". It was located in transit from the f 2015 F-150 Lariat Sport FX4. The truck I wanted proved to be difficult to find and it was labeled the "Unicorn". It was located in transit from the factory to another dealership. Josh Worley and Mo Dandan took action to secure the truck for me. When I picked it up there was a pink and purple Unicorn sitting in the front seat. I appreciated the comedy and now my daughter has a new stuffed toy Unicorn. More

Fantastic, easy, did most on line and phone, breezed in and Rueben Krause and Bobby were fantastic. Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a Rueben Krause and Bobby were fantastic. Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had I have bought new and used vehicles many times as I get a different vehicle every 3 years or so. I have purchased from many dealerships in the Metropl I have bought new and used vehicles many times as I get a different vehicle every 3 years or so. I have purchased from many dealerships in the Metroplex and to some degree they all have their pitfalls. But my experience at Sam Pack's was much different. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, showed me all of their inventory for the vehicle I was looking for and didn't pressure me into buying at all. They truly separated themselves from the typical dealership by actually listening to me and what I needed in order to make a vehicle purchase. There was no back and forth all day long and I truly felt that they wanted to earn my business through superior customer service. I will be a continuing customer at Sam Pack's. They even continued to answer my questions for 2 weeks after my purchase! That was a totally new experience for me as well and truly makes them stand out from the crowd! More
