My husband.wanted me to get one We were looking for a new 2016 Ford Explorer in Platinum White to replace my 12 year old 2003 Ford Explorer Limited. My husband.wanted me to get one with an 3.5L Eco Boost engine but this was not offered in the Limited version. We knew that it was offered in the Platinum version which was way more expensive, but there were none available at any Ford dealership at this time. Reuben Krause, our Sales Consultant, pointed out that the Explorer Sport offered this engine and was just a notch down from the Platinum version. There happened to be an Explorer Sport in Platinum White on the lot which had every thing we wanted plus more options than we dreamed of. It is a really sweet vehicle. What we liked about working with Reuben was that he was not pushy but assured us he would give us a great price on the new car. We asked about what we might get for a trade in on our 12 year old Explorer with Ceramic White finish and was in mint condition with low mileage. Reuben worked with the Sales Manager, Bobby Richardson, to get a great price for the trade in and on the new Explorer. .They were very interested in my old vehicle. We still were not ready to make a snap decision to buy the new car. We wanted to think about it over the weekend. Reuben said he would give us a call the following Monday to follow up on our decision. Reuben called back, but we asked for a little more money on the trade-in of my old vehicle. He talked it over with Bobby and they accepted our offer. We picked up our new Explorer that night with no hassles. Reuben spent time going over the options on the car and how to use them. It was a fabulous experience. We would definitely recommend working with the staff at Sam Pack Five Star Ford Dealership. Reuben is a great Sales Consultant to work with. More

Very bad experience. I received a call from Sean Pinegar telling me that they wanted to help me to get out of special financing and into traditional financing. Because the experience I had with this dealership two years prior was so good I decided to see what they could do for me. I was very up front with what I could and could not afford. I came in on Saturday October 31, 2015 with my ex husband Harry Cooley who had referred me two years ago. We worked with Sean and Mike Munden. I was offered 2015 Focus with 0 down 0 percent for 72 months with a payment of 298.00 per month. Both men shook my hand, congratulated me and asked me to give them a good survey. I of course said absolutely and sat down to wait to sign all the paper work. At this time a very nice young woman came over to offer me tint for my windows and security system for my new car. I declined at the time and she like the others shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. After waiting for an hour Sean came to me and said they needed a supervisor signature and that it would be Monday before I could have the car and he promised to personally deliver it to me. I received no call so I called him Monday morning and for the rest of the day got nothing but excuses and run around. Tuesday morning I was told they were waiting for a phone call from Ford. My ex husband finally called to complain and at around 4:00 pm I get a call from Sean telling me that although I was approved I would need a 3000.00 down payment. So basically these gentlemen did not have the authority to make the offer they made then strung me along for two days before telling me they would not honor the deal they made. To me that is bad business and shows no integrity. I will not be returning to this dealership again. I am not angry that they could not get me approved I am angry because they made a deal that they would not honor and the dealership obviously has no intention of honoring either. Great Second Time Buyer Experience Melanie Lucero and Carl Teachout were a great team! We were taking our 2013 Fusion in for a recall service appointment. Upon entering the lot Melanie Melanie Lucero and Carl Teachout were a great team! We were taking our 2013 Fusion in for a recall service appointment. Upon entering the lot Melanie recognized us and even though she was busy with a customer Carl immediately was out to welcome us. We had leased a Ford Edge in 2013 from Melanie and had also talked with Carl on several occasions. There was no pressure to buy and since the Fusion lease was coming up soon we were appraised of what our options were. The lease of our 2016 Ford Escape went smoothly and Melanie, Carl, Kirk, and Justin were all a pleasure to work with. We will definitely work with Melanie and Carl when the lease is up on the Ford Edge!! More
