Fantastic Experience, No Pressure and Great Deal We Purchased a new 2015 F-150 King Ranch 4x4. We spent the last month researching this model and configuration among several dealers, both local and We Purchased a new 2015 F-150 King Ranch 4x4. We spent the last month researching this model and configuration among several dealers, both local and regional. I finally settled on Sam pack of Carrollton as they were on the list of dealers suggested via our SAM's auto club (trucar). And We could not be happier. First: Price: We were offered the best price for the same model and year over all the other dealers we tried. This price was offered up front with no gimmicks, and was the price that included everything but TT&L. Second, Josh, our rep was professional, polite and absolutely low pressure. (zero pressure actually). Third: Our trade was slightly below other dealer offers, however it was fair and was not inflated to reduce the truck price. Fourth: Sam pack doesn't load up the vehicle with dealer options then require you to haggle lower prices. All dealer optional services and items are offered after the deal is made, and with low pressure. We did elect to perform some window tinting. Did I mention our rep spent 4 casual hours with us at the dealership? This allowed us to drive at our pace, review the actual truck at our pace, deal at our pace and never once did he rush or pressure us in any direction. We finished the transaction at about 9 PM. Finally, the dealer had the exact truck in stock that they offered over the phone. This is not common and dealers often lure buyers with any requested configuration only to have a slightly different model or configuration once the person arrives. This was the exact truck we discussed and asked for prior to visiting the dealership. down to every last detail. At finance closing, David Barragan was polite and offered services with low pressure and seemed genuinely helpful and appreciative. After the sales and transfer of items from our trade to the new vehicle Josh then recognized we were hungry and suggested a nearby restaurant, Nice! There are many dealerships in my area, and I will certainly use this dealership again. More
