Never Again Came in one morning to look at a nicely priced 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 that was on the lot. Now, I have horrid credit(was injured at work and lost my job. Now, I have horrid credit(was injured at work and lost my job. couldn't get another for almost a year), and I knew this. I knew what getting a new car/truck would entail and did my research. When I called about the vehicle, I was told that it was going to auction soon and that was the reason for the price. Sean was agreeable when I first stepped into the building, but that quickly changed. He was gone for all of 5 minutes before returning and saying that it wouldn't work. Didn't offer to try anything else, or even work with me. Now the fun part. I guess he must have thought that a 23 year old woman would know next to nothing about what she was asking because he came back to offer a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with 150k miles. When I told him that I was specifically looking for a truck, he offered a 2006 Chevy Avalanche with 140k miles for $13,000. His reasoning? 'It has an autocheck score of 91! That's how I know it's good!" Just to add insult to injury, he goes on to insult two of my favorite makes of vehicles that have done nothing but perform their very best while my family and friend's Fords have fallen apart. As far as I'm concerned, that is an insult. I'd be better off going to DriveTime and letting them rip me off. At least then I'd be offered a semi-decent vehicle with less miles at a similar price. Not to mention that banks would prefer the first car/truck one purchases to be in relatively good condition because they want their money. It wouldn't do them much good to sell a dud only for it to break down causing repair prices to cost more than the payment. Purchasing any vehicle over 125k miles is just asking for something to start going wrong. I never called him back after that. And if I disliked Ford before, now I will be certain to stay away from them for good, all dealers included. I will also advise those I know to never buy from a Sam Pack's dealership. I'm happy to say that after my horrible experience at this dealer, I was approved for a Ram that I wanted from a Dodge dealer(Certified 2011 at 67K miles) that was priced higher than the one at Sam Pack's through Chrysler Capital with payments I can easily afford. More

They stepped up big time! Trey Russell is a First Class Mgr! Under very difficult conditions, Trey Russell, Drew O and Bobby Richardson stepped up and made things right. I was real upset and didn't want the vehicle because of the water damage. The home office of Ford was absolutely ZERO help. I was basically in deep. Trey stepped up, bought the vehicle back and replaced it with a vehicle that was fantastic. They gave me a loaner vehicle for the amount of time it took to replace the F150, and netted things out about as close as anyone could ever hope for. Trey and Sam Pack didn't need to do any of this. They could have laid it on Ford and washed their hands clean of it, but they took the high road and did the right thing. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make the situation right. More

These handicaps all made it very difficult to be in touch with Maria so she could resolve the issues with my new Escape. Sam Pack's 5-Star Ford should not put a sales person on the floor until that person is COMPLETELY outfitted to do the job. More
