Does Justin want to make a sales? ABSOLUTELY. But more importantly does Justin want to establish and build a relationship so you want to buy another car from him in the future? YES YES YES! He builds trust by saying what he was going to do and then he does it. While I would hope that all future car sale experiences will be with him. If that is not the case, there is an extremely high bar that has been set as to what it should be going forward. Sam Lehman & Mazda... you MUST keep this guy, let him do what he does and train others to embody it! I would hope you will take time to share this with him.
