We purchased a Ford Transit Passenger yesterday from Gary at Sam Leman. We were pleased with his service and attention to detail. He even made a personalized video for us of the vehicle before we drove out from 2hr away so we would be sure of what we were getting! Gary got the financing handled for us before we arrived and helped expedite the detailing and inspection so we could get home quickly. The whole team was really a pleasure to work with. Everyone was just so nice and welcoming, and it felt like catching up with old friends. Amy in finance made signing paperwork fun and a breeze. The sales manager took time to come and greet us and make sure everything was going smoothly. And the guys in the shop did a great job cleaning it up and getting it ready to go for us. Before we got there, Gary was always just a phone call or quick text away, patiently answering all of our questions and getting the financing deal done the way we needed it. The one time he was with another customer and I needed a hand working on our financing app, his colleague, Jeremy, hopped on the phone and helped me... without an ounce of competition or attitude that he wasn’t our salesman.
