knowingly sold me a truck with transsmision problem I purchased a used 2013 truck with just under 17000 miles from this dealership . Three and a half months after, service called me to tell me they had I purchased a used 2013 truck with just under 17000 miles from this dealership . Three and a half months after, service called me to tell me they had ordered a transmission when they got this truck in on trade. The service person heard a noise. They offered to put it in for me under my factory warranty. They told me I purchased it before they could install the new transmission. No one at the dealership informed me of the transmission issues prior to purchasing . The people at RAM customer service informed me the dealer would of had to pay to ship the transmission back, so I assume they called me so they got paid by Chrysler to install the new transmission under warranty , win, win. This dealership uses deceptive practices. More
