This will be the Readers Digest version of my experience. Tuesday, I went to a local dealership and picked out a vehicle I wanted to trade for. Did the back and forth negotiating and ended up with me making Tuesday, I went to a local dealership and picked out a vehicle I wanted to trade for. Did the back and forth negotiating and ended up with me making an offer that would put me Out The Door, with trade, under $10k. (we were at $12,500). Left the dealership at 3pm and was told saleperson would call me before 6pm and if not then, it would be Thursday. No call tues, no call thursday. Made appt at Lemans and headed that direction,,,40 miles 1 way. Upon my arrival, I was met by Carson. Told him what happened and what I wanted on the purchase. He talked to Travis, the new car sales manager. Travis came to me and asked if I would purchase THAT vehicle if he could get it for $10k OTD. I said yes. He said he could do it and he kept his word. OTD with trade for just under $10k. But it doesn't end there. Due to previous commitment, I had to leave and said I would leave a deposit and come back tomorrow. Travis asked if I had enough time to do a little paperwork and if I did, the car would be delivered to my driveway later that day or in the morning. As it turned out, the next morning, Sat, I didn't have to drive 40 miles one way, I had to walk 30 ft out my door to take delivery of the vehicle from Carson,....What more do I need to say More

I cannot thank Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep in Bloomington for their above and beyond service. Salesman Travis was very professional, and not pushy. For him to go above and beyond and have my dream vehicle tran their above and beyond service. Salesman Travis was very professional, and not pushy. For him to go above and beyond and have my dream vehicle transferred from the Peoria location to Bloomington meant so much. He answered all the questions my husband and I had regarding making a purchase, and what options we had. From the moment we walked in it was a very welcoming environment and didn't feel like we were getting swarmed by hungry sharks. In addition to Travis providing top-notch service, Tim and Anthony were great at getting us the best deal possible. Tim genuinely cared about our safety options, and he was so laidback as we were treated like family. My 2023 Jeep Renegade is beyond perfect with so many bells and whistles. Will gladly do business again in the future! More

And hey; I just saw the orange fresh pad he tucked into the driver side door net! More
