Be careful with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle on 3/10/2026 at Sam Boswell Buick GMC in Enterprise, AL and on 3/11/2026 the vehicle broke down on me and would not start back I purchased a vehicle on 3/10/2026 at Sam Boswell Buick GMC in Enterprise, AL and on 3/11/2026 the vehicle broke down on me and would not start back up. The vehicle I purchased was $54K not including interest and put $25k down payment. After this happen I called the dealership to explain to them that I no longer wanted to keep the vehicle, if it broke down and was not drivable less than 24 hours after I purchase the vehicle. Not to mention that no one ever call me back after 2 to 3 hours so I called back. I think I finally talk to a guy name Kevin who may be the head finance guy at the dealership. Kevin stated that they would not take the vehicle back and it was absolutely nothing they can do even if I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours. He didn’t really care that I was unhappy, although I drove three hours from Birmingham to get to their dealership to do business with them. The GM was supposedly not in and they claim he will call. This is not the way to treat customer and I would like to return this car. No one wants to buy a car and it breaks down on them less than a day and tow it back to a dealership that’s 3 hours away and wait for it to be fixed. Most dealerships would do the right thing for the customer in this situation but not Sam Boswell Buick in GMC. More
