Service to repair rear main seal and oil pan seal I brought my 2008 Silverado in for a oil leak. I was told they were unable to determine where it was coming from so they cleaned the area on the engin I brought my 2008 Silverado in for a oil leak. I was told they were unable to determine where it was coming from so they cleaned the area on the engine and asked me to drive it for a day or 2 and return it when I saw oil dripping. I returned the truck a couple of days later and they determined the leak to be the rear main seal and oil pan. I told the service manager (Bill) to go ahead and replace both seals. I took about 4 days to replace both seals. The next morning I noticed oil under the truck and called the service department and explained the situation. I returned the truck and they said they didn't clean out the bell housing and the oil was dripping from there. I picked up the truck and drove it for a few days but it was leaking worse than when I originally brought it in. I again returned the truck and they had to replace the rear main seal again. Another week with no truck. When I picked up the truck I drove out of the parking lot and noticed a ticking noise so I pulled right back in the service area. Apparently the transmission cable was hitting the driveshaft. The mechanic said he zip tied the cable away from the driveshaft. No more ticking. It has been a couple of week now and I don't see any evidence of oil leaking. I appreciate the fact that t Danny Len stands by their work and fixed the issue but I was without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks, had to make multiple trips back to the dealership and this was not a cheap repair. Other than the inconvenience I believe everyone did what they could for me and the service manager (Bill) is very professional explaining the situation to me and apologizing for the inconvenience. More

They were very friendly and worked with me. The service department helped me out as much as they could. I even received a courtesy car for the time my vehicle was being repaired. I had to have my vehicle repaired twice in a month. They gave me a price a little on the expensive side but helped me out with discounts. I wish they could of explained why my car had done what it did and what I could do to make sure it wouldn't happen again. More

Do not think I will ever purchase another vehicle from Danny Len gmc! I change cars every 2 years. I'll be going back to the foreign car market a much better built vehicle!! More
